The elevator did not work and four flights for luggage and stuff is very inconvenient for older clients and large families. Vegetation is not being maintained and growing over the sidewalks. The trash pickup is not being serviced. There were some very good parts but this offset those.

Great place in Punta Cana
The apartment was in perfect condition. This is a luxury apartment, with great spaces and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen has everything needed. There were a couple of minor issues related to the fact that the place has just opened, and there is still some construction going on, so some noise and a crane in swimming pool was not expected, but wasnt a problem. The refrigerator and the A/C in the main bedroon also has some constant noise that woul dbe nice if it gets fixed. But overall a great place to stay for the price. It worth mentioning that there is no direct exit to the beach from the condo. You need to go the Beach Club (for $25 per person that includes food, which is cheap) or drive 15 min to access the public beach.

Sucisimo, el sitio más sucio en el que he estado nunca. Una pena, porque es todo muy bonito y nuevo, pero no han limpiado en condiciones seguro desde que está abierto. Ni siquiera nos dieron toallas secas y la ropa de cama no estaba cambiada.

Spacious and beautiful apartment with common nice swimming. However, there is no access to the beach, the nearby one is private (25$ per person per day, although you can order in the bar with this entry fee). No dining places around, you need to drive at least 15min since restaurants around belong to private resorts. Nice place, but not what we expected.

Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable apartment. The property was safe and lovely. We enjoyed the large pool a few times and the view from the balconies were stunning. No issues during our stay and we'd definitely recommend and stay here again. Only suggestion for other guests is that you have secured transportation in order to get around.

I like the view. The only problem is that the property is still in construction. There are a lot of details that have to be finished. They need to paint the outside still. The property needs maintenance. Other than that the area is beautiful, very cozy, quiet and is safe. If you don’t drive do not stay there because everything is far.

This property is a low rise building. It has spacious apartments with ALL home amenities. However, you have no free access to a beach, and it is not all inclusive. I found it a good trade off. There are no dining options, and it is not walkable. If you walk 10-20 minutes, you can use the beach at hard rock, or Canabay. A day pass will cost you $25 and can be used as a credit for food and drink; which you will have to pay for. Overall, I saved a little bit of money over the all inclusive; and got a huge 2 bedroom 1400 square foot apartment all to myself. Combined with the peace, quiet and the fact that the place is brand new… I consider it a great success. RENT A CAR or make really good friends with a local taxi. (Not the ones that the hard rock provides) Te deseo unas buenas vacaciones

It’s a nice place to rent how ever you need to buy groceries before you arrive because there are no markets nearby. The access to the beach is 25$ (which also includes food and drink for 25$)

It has been quite a relaxing and pleasant stay. The property is immaculate as well as the villa apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped and the decor is absolutely modern and beautifully arranged. There is nothing that would keep me from returning here! The hosts were available and stopped by personally to ensure the stay expectations were being met. Excellent Choice. Definitely must do again.
