"They wrote at the last second to say that something was wrong with the perperty and that they booked us a room at the b&b Room 22. What was I going to say? I was already on the way. Then at Room 22, there was only one little window that face a courtyard and the shower was so small you couldn’t even turn around. The room itself was clean and the toilet worked if you tapped on it feom time to time. Overall, not what I was expecting or paid for."

"We stayed here when Puglia was in an orange zone during the Pandemic. I cannot give enough praise to the staff and the owner. They provided 5 star service to us. We were treated like family. They made sure we always had options for food and the hotel dinner cooked by the owner was always delicious! I also had my small dog and he was treated great. The rooms are modern and very clean. Although small details could be improved to make it more practical (for instance the curtains by the bed replaced by a wooden header, or eliminate cluttering (like artificial flowers in the corridors), these were very minimal details to mention (and my own preference) because overall the place is excellent. "We have had a wonderful time during our one week stay at the property. Beautiful home, spacious and modern with lots of amenities. The top terrace is beautiful, we really enjoy dining and relaxing watching the ocean, Location was great, walking distance from a market, pharmacy, and many restaurants. Will definitely be back. Antonio the property manager provided outstanding service and was always very responsive and quick in getting back to us."

"Wonderful place. Super friendly on arrival and made sure we had a place to park. Great recommendations on what to do in Taranto. They made everything easy. Room was beautiful and comfortable, the terrace was lovely. Breakfast was also great. I wish we had been able to stay more than one night. Taranto is a fascinating city. The hotel is in the historic city, but at the edge, so it made arriving and parking easier. Easy walk to everywhere, including MARTA. The trattoria close by served excellent and very fresh (directly off the boat) fish. Highly recommend!"

"The Best Western in Massafra is a beautiful facility as it has only been open for a few months and everything is well cared for and gorgeous. I spent several hours working in the lobby area and found a nice little place to call home to get some serious work done.It also helped that there was a cappuccino bar with yummy pastries, and in the evening a bar for your first drink. The staff are amazing, courteous, and kind, and very attentive to your needs. From the moment you set foot into the hotel to the time you leave you feel as though you’re at home.. "

"We had a great time at Vinilia, the castle, surroundings and pool are wonderful. Our room had modern amenities with an Italian style. We had dinner at their restaurant Casamatta, chef Pietro Penna tribute to his cuisine and journey was outstanding, breakfast was the perfect starting of the day with delicious bread and fruits. Thank you to all the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, especial thanks to William and Andrea."

"Beautiful hotel. We had a room with a sea view. It was large and came with a fridge with complimentary drinks. They greet you with a welcome drink and sent us away with a regional bottle of wine. And, breakfast was spectacular with made to order selections."
