"I have booked for 2 Quad rooms and a 6 pax family room. My family and I had a comfort stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly and hotel provide breakfast coupon for us which the breakfast is tasty and variaties of choices. The rooms are clean and spacial. Easy food hunting within a 5 mins walking distance though it is located at small street. Will choose to stay here again if I had a chance back to Puli."

"We stayed there for 1 night but we wish we could have stayed longer as everything was so good; Owners are very friendly. The room was very clean, spacious and so quiet. The breakfast was copious. I highly recommand to stay in this property."

"Overall it is a good experience staying in this hotel. But there's a weird thing that i'd like to mention: I booked 2 double rooms, and the staff generously upgraded one of it to a quadruple, but they only make "1" bed for us; and when we asked if we can have another blanket, the staff said that have to pay NTD$100. I think it is OK that we pay the extra charge, but it still feels strange that we sleep in a quadruple room but only 1 bed is made."

"This is my fourth stay in this hotel/resort and I must say that I'm still very impressed with the quality of the place. The room was great with comfortable beds and a nice tub for soaking in the natural hot and cold spring water. However, this is the first time I've visited the hotel during a non-peak period and I was not too pleased with the standard of the breakfast that was served. As it was winter, it was quite appalling to know that the buffet dishes were served without food warmers. Hence,...

"For a simple one night stay it was fine -- the lady at the front counter was nice, the bed was comfortable, and parking was convenient. But, some negative: 1. sound-proofing was bad even by hotel standards, 2. there were no towels in my room when I checked in. Had to notify the front desk. 3. the only hotel I've ever seen without a power outlet near the bed. Even with a 10 ft charging cable I wasn't able to charge my phone overnight while having it within reach."
