"I arrived CGK airport in middle night. Hotel shuttle driver came to pick me up. He sent someone to find me, that was very nice. At this hour, I didn't dare to get into any random car service. All the official car service stopped. You need prearrange the pick up and install whatsup app to keep contact with everyone. Hotel is new, clean. Staff were very nice. Breakfast has a lot of choice. "Every time we fly out from Jakarta, we stay at FM7. It is highly convenient since the airport is litteraly 10 minutes away. The prices for the rooms are more than fair, we usually stay in the Junior Suite, more than spacious, luxurious and of course a huge bathroom with a hot tub. Dining is delicious, my wife and I love Rimba Durian, but if you're in the mood to eat out, Lembur Kuring is just across the street, they sell delicious Sundanese food. "

"The hotel lobby was in nice condition but upon seeing the room, we would’ve cancelled if possible. There are holes in the wall, stains on the sheets and the bathroom tiles were dirty. Would not recommend. "

"The staff attended to my check-in, Riki, was extremely helpful and has great initiative. As we travelled in a big group of 3 families (11 ppl including kids), priority was transportation as we were heading to Bandung via Whoosh. He assisted in coordinating transport with the drivers and provided me with updates and with his help, the process was such a breeze. So, Thank you Riki for your great service!"

"The receptionist Vicky really made our experience a welcoming one. He upgraded our room when he couldn't find one in the non-smoking room. Additionally, he spoke with me and my fiance in English which helped us ease into the culture and community. "

"The toilet smells when the door is opened. The shower gel holder is broken and unusable. AC blower is noisy as well as the noise from window. The only thing good is the friendliness from the staff. "

"We stayed two nights. Pros: Close to airport and mini mart. Hotel restaurant, while a bit expensive for Indonesia, has good food. Breakfast spread for 100K was worth it. We were on 9th floor. Rooms were quiet and clean. Clean sheets and comfortable beds. Free shuttle to and from airport was great! Cons: On a very busy road. Surrounding area is not touristy at all, and was a bit rough.
