We have 2 apartments:
PINUS HILL SEA VIEW: caposchiera located inside the Pinus Village residence which enjoys a beautiful location immersed in a luxuriant pine forest. The apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful area of the village, in fact behind it is the pine forest, while in front there is the beautiful sandy beach of Pinus and numerous rocky coves and bays with a crystal clear sea. The house has a beautiful garden and from the embankment (with gazebo and barbecue) it is possible to sunbathe (equipped with deckchairs) and eat while enjoying a splendid sea view. The beach is 50 meters from the apartment and can be reached in less than a minute on foot, the garden is completely fenced and safe for children. In addition to enjoying a holiday of beautiful sea, you can make beautiful walks in the pine forest along the many rocky bays. Ideal vacation for couples with children, safe beach and playground located within the village.
The apartment has a large living room kitchen, a double bedroom with bathroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, another bathroom, a semi-covered external laundry room and an outdoor shower with hot water.
PINUS CAL'A MARI PINETA: apartment overlooking the pine forest, newly renovated and furnished, located at the entrance to the Pinus Village beach about 30 meters from the sea. It is composed of a large balcony, a large living room with all comforts, 1 double bedroom and a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a spacious shower cabin. This apartment has NO sea view!

A fantastic holiday
We had a fabulous holiday in the apartment in Pinus Village and wish to thank the owner and her family for their kindness and readiness to help and provide us with any information we needed. The flat was as described on the site and extremely clean. With great attention to detail, it contained all the elements that made our stay extrememy pleasant and comfortable. The sandy beach with clear waters and little coves was a short walk away. The famous beaches of Chia were only a short drive away. A mini supermarket was only a 5 mins drive from the flat and we had the luxury of the mobile fishmonger and grocer coming to the village. The restaurant on the beach was also very pleasant. We would love to come back next year and thoroughly recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to have a fabulous stay near the beach.

Una casa confortevole e attrezzata a venti metri da uno splendido msre
La casa, confortevole e ben attrezzata è in un'ottima posizione, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia: ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Abbiamo anche molto apprezzato la cortesia e la disponibilità di Flavia, che ci ha affittato l'appartamento ed è sempre venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Ho trascorso una settimana presso questa prioprietà..già dall’accoglienza abbiamo percepito la massima disponibilità..la casa era impeccabile:pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio grazie all’aggiunta di piccoli surplus che però fanno la differenza (microonde,ombrelloni,sdraio).I proprietari sono persone squisite,gentili e attenti a rendere il soggiorno dei loro ospiti perfetto. La spiaggia che dista pochi passi dalla casa è una piccola chicca:sabbia finissima e acqua pulita ma grazie alla posizione strategica della proprietà,se dotati di auto,si possono raggiungere in brevissimo tempo le più belle spiagge della zona. In definitiva il soggiorno non può che essere valutato con il massimo del punteggio!! Tornei subito!!

Tolle Wohnung und super Lage!
Wir haben 5 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist einfach super und man ist in 2 min am Strand. Flavia gibt viele Tipps und erklärt alles ganz genau, ebenso ihr Vater, der uns die Schlüssel übergeben hat. Auch der Kontakt mit Flavia war während des Aufenthalts super und sie hat auch kurz vorbei geschaut, ob alles passt und sich erkundigt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder :)

Mit Kindern in einer Traumlage und sehr gemütlich
Die Wohnung von Flavia ist klein, aber sehr fein. Für uns 4 war sie sehr gemütlich und die Lage von nur ca. 300 m zum Meer ist einfach unschlagbar. Auch die Nähe zu den Stränden von Chia (Karibik Feeling) ist toll. Wir waren Anfang November dort, man konnte sogar noch baden und es war absolute Nachsaison und nichts los...dementsprechend waren auch Restaurants, Läden etc. bereits fast alle geschlossen. Aber eine Lösung haben wir immer gefunden und im Sommer hat man hier definitiv wesentlich mehr Möglichkeiten! Ein Auto ist notwendig, da die Wohnung schon sehr abgelegen in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung liegt. Absolut empfehlenswert und vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top! Danke Flavia und vor allem ihrem Papa!

Sehr angenehme und gepflegte Ferienwohnung.
Wir haben eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Die dargestellten Fotos waren etwas verwirrend, da sie zwei Wohnungen dargestellt haben, deshalb ein Stern weniger. Flavia war sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit.

Ho soggiornato tre settimane nella casa Cal'a mari lungomare ed è' stata una magnifica sorpresa. La casa e' come rappresentata nelle foto! Casa curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, ben arredata, pulitissima, accogliente e a 30 mt dal mare, accessoriata di tutto. Inoltre la proprietaria Flavia persona fantastica e cordialissima mette a disposizione ombrelloni, sedie da spiaggia, giochi per bimbi e borsa frigo per eventuali gite. La spiaggia del Pinus anche se piccola ha un mare da favola ed inoltre la casa e' in un punto strategico a pochi km da Chia, spiaggia di tueredda e vicino a Pula. Necessaria la macchina.

Appartamento a cinque stelle
Spiagge meravigliose, gente cordiale! L'appartamento è fantastico, la cura nei dettagli è sorprendente, tutto di buon gusto e cosa importantissima non manca nulla ! Casa pulita e curata. Unico piccolo neo, il villaggio. Si intuisce che in passato ha goduto di momenti di gloria ma ora si trascina con la presenza degli affezionati, purtroppo non è presente alcun servizio, impensabile poter soggiornarvi senza auto.

Confermo tutte le ottime recensioni che avevo letto prima di partire. Casa veramente a 30 mt dalla spiaggia, pulita, arredata in maniera moderna, ideale per una coppia con un bimbo, come noi. Non c'e' aria condizionata, ma la casa e' abbastanza fresca con zanzariere in tutte le stanze e i ventilatori a soffitto. Flavia e Luca veramente gentili e disponibili, anche se non c'e' stato bisogno di nulla.Un solo consiglio per rendere ancora piu' funzionale l'appartamento: fornire una cassapanca con i bidoncini per la differenziata. ciao, grazie per lo splendido soggiorno.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe
Wir waren 14 Tage in dem wunderschönen Sardinien. Die Wohnung ist einfach super mit jeglichem Komfort ausgestattet. Wunderschönes neues Bad, Top Küche mit allen Küchenutensilien die man benötigt. Alles sehr sauber. In unmittelbarer Strand-Nähe (50-100 Meter zu Fuß). Tolle Bucht ideal für Kinder. Mit dem Auto in nur 10 Minuten zu den wunderschönen Strände von Chia. Ein ganz großes Lob an die tolle Vermieterin Flavia, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Sardinien Urlaub. Manuela S.

Una pineta sul mare
Abbiamo soggiornato al Pinus Village per 10 giorni: l'appartamento al piano primo e' pulito, attrezzato di tutto ed e' completato da una bellissima terrazza che abbiamo sfruttato abbondantemente. La posizione e' a 5 minuti di cammino da Cala Bernardini, piccola ma graziosa spiaggia di sabbia su un mare turchese. Ad una distanza leggermente superiore verso est si raggiungono le altre spaziose spiagge di Santa Margherita. Verso ovest invece una antica strada romana conduce sino a Chia, alternando paesaggi costieri mozzafiato ai profumi intensi della macchia mediterranea. Consigliamo l'appartamento a coppie o coppie con bambino che cerchino una soluzione pratica e tranquilla vicino ad un mare stupendo: vengono infatti messi a disposizione anche spiaggine, ombrellone, frigo portatile e giochi per la spiaggia. Una menzione particolare a Flavia (e famiglia) che e' sempre stata disponibile a fornire informazioni utili in modo tempestivo e ci ha assicurato un'accoglienza efficiente e calorosa.

OTTIMO
E' stata una bellissima vacanza. L'appartamento è carinissimo, pulitissimo e accessoriato di tutto. Il terrazzo è spazioso ed è piacevolissimo per pranzare all'esterno. Per chi ha figli c'è una cassapanca piena di giochi per la spiaggia. Ci sono anche ombrelloni e sdraie. La spiaggia è vicinissima ed è incantevole, anche se piccina. Raggiugibili a piedi ci sono delle calette appartate molto belle. Inoltre il Pinus Village è vicinissimo a Chia (si può raggiungere a piedi attraverso la strada romana che si snoda nella natura incontaminata per circa 6-7 KM) alla spiaggia della Tuerredda, a Capo Spartivento e in poco tempo si possono raggiungere Cagliari, Sant'Antioco e Carlo Forte. Nella zona ci sono tanti agriturismi e ristoranti di ottima qualità. I proprietari della casa, Flavia e Luca, sono una giovane coppia disponibilissima, simpatica e con una conoscenza approfondita dei luoghi per cui tutti i loro consigli sulle spiagge, le escursioni o i luoghi dove mangiare bene sono stati azzeccattissimi. E' stata una bellissima vacanza in un bellissimo appartamento.

Ottima sistemazione
L'appartamento è a 50 metri dallla spiaggia del villaggio ed è molto confortevole e arredato con arredi nuovi. Eccellente la pulizia. Molto bene attrezzato: tra le dotazioni borsa termica e attrezzatura per il mare (ombrellone, spiaggine etc). Ottima la comunicazione con la proprietaria che è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo usufruito di questo appartamento per due settimane. Era pulitissimo e fornito di tutto: stoviglie, seggiolone e lettino per il mio bimbo di nove mesi, frigo portatile, sedie per la spiaggia, sdraio....una sera cercavamo un imbuto e...c'era pure quello! La posizione è comodissima: a 100 metri dalla spiaggia, 15 min di macchina da Pula e 5 min dalle spiagge di Chia. Molto vicino c'è anche un supermercato, macelleria, pescheria, bar/tabacchi (il centro commerciale la Pineta). L'arredamento è ben curato anche nei particolari, non è il solito appartamento estivo spoglio e brutto che ti affittano per fare soldi.... ci sono quadri e foto alle pareti, molto bella la foto della spiaggai di Tuerredda! Ci sono pure dei libri nella libreria!!! Persino i piatti erano belli e colorati!! Consiglierei l'appartamento ad una famiglia con bambini ma anche ad una coppia. La proprietaria è gentile e sempre a disposizione per consigliare luoghi da visitare e ristoranti. Non è stata per niente invadente, come certi che ti controllano per tutta la vacanza... Che dire, ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Relaxing apartment close to beach
Very nice and friendly owner. The accomodation is nicely set in Pinus village close to a small beach with small, sheltered bays. We had great time there and there is basically everything one needs for a relaxing holiday (cooking equipment, beach chairs, ...). Thanks a lot Flavia, we really enjoyed our stay!

Accomodation Pinus Village
We found a lovely accommodation. It matched 100% the description. The owner showed and explained everything in a very friendly manner and gave us many additional information of the landscape. Perfect summer holidays on Sardinia!
In every aspect optimal accommodation and situation. The apartment was very nice for 2 persons and the contact and cooperation with the owner extremely friendly and useful. The location is optimal for both access to the near beach as well as for mountain biking with the entry to a lovely beachside trail to Chia in nearby vicinity. Thanks a lot and looking for a next visit in the following year!
