LA PERLA DI CAMILLA S.Margherita di Pula 400 meters from the beautiful beach

The house is part of a community of houses called Perla Marina, near the Forte Village Hotel and close to the most beautiful beaches in south-west Sardinia, including Chia, Tuerredda and Nora. Access to the community is protected by an automatic gate with an electronic card. The house is surrounded on three sides by a 500 m2 pine forest, which can accommodate up to 4 cars and hosts many garden equipment such as umbrellas, tables, barbecue, hammock, swing, sitting area, tool shed and a magnificent private shower with hot water. Through the main door you enter the kitchen-living room, which is equipped with all the necessary accessories (including washing machine), a large fireplace, a sofa bed and a wooden table for 8 people; on the same level there is the bathroom consisting of a sink, toilet and bidet. A marble staircase leads to the sleeping area (air conditioned), where there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. From the living room another staircase leads to the basement, consisting of a large room where there is a double bed and the possibility of adding a cot or an additional single bed.
The fine sandy beach is 400 meters away and can be easily reached in 4 minutes on foot and is always possible to find place as the beach is only accessible to residents.
The Market, open in Summer, is about 900 meters away. However, to take advantage of the other services it is necessary to reach the nearby and renowned town of Pula, known for its typical handicraft products and the archaeological site of Nora.
