A flowery avenue leads to the beautiful country house surrounded by an immense garden of oaks and olive trees with lawns and a mountain-facing swimming pool. Unique next to a horse estate. The house is 5 minutes by car from the center of the town of Pula, equipped with shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and all services.
Nearby the beaches of Nora at 5 minutes, Santa Margherita at 10 minutes and the paradisiacal beach of Chia at 15 minutes. As well as an adventure park for children and adults. Riding school, kitesurf school, golf club.
