"Good room size and kitchenette is provided (for those who like to have the option). Check-in counter is more like a security booth than a hotel check-in function. Understand that the hotel has sustainability T&Cs to meet but a hotel should at least provide the basic essentials like soap and shampoo (they could be placed in dispensers)"
