"This is my first time staying at the Grove. The room itself was clean. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were simple but fine. The problem was I was on the first floor that backed up to the alley for four hours every 10 to 15 minutes. "I had such a fantastic day at the hotel! The view was amazing which I did not expect front desk service was on it and breakfast was good! The room was very clean and the hotel was quiet!! I definitely will stay again when I return!! "

"This was an emergency as all the hotels in Bellevue lost power for 5 days. It was clean comfortable. Nice beds, new carpet, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and microwave. Lots of street noise and area is not great with prostitutes walking the streets about 4 blocks a way. Lobby smells of cigarettes and often there is no one in the office an just a phone number.
