Very disappointed in this property!! The rates were extremely high but the service and property were less than stellar. First off, the room keys didn't work. EVERYONE who checked in on Friday and at least thru Sunday could not get into their rooms without having someone from Bell service escort them to their rooms. Then, Wireless did not work at all in any of the rooms! The elevators constantly didn't work. And worst of all, Management did not offer any of the guests any perks or goodwill to accommodate for the less than good experience at their property.
The team asked everyone to WRITE DOWN their credit card numbers, security code, address and signature to sign with a BLANK TOTAL upon checkout. It's insane! Since their system was hacked and they couldn't get it back up and running for at least a few days, why would guests trust this property with safeguarding this valuable and sensitive information??? Please avoid this property until Management gets its act together. The staff is very nice and friendly, aside from the ladies at the front desk who are NOT very helpful or accommodating at all.
