The main house boasts 2 master suites, each adorned with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, complemented by spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, all granting access to the serene private pool and patio.

Adjacent to the pool patio, discover the 3rd bedroom, featuring 3 queen-size beds, a full bathroom, and breathtaking ocean views.

Offering an affordable oceanfront escape, we strike the perfect balance—close enough to vibrant city nightlife and restaurants, yet distant enough for an immersive experience in lush green mountains and crystal-clear ocean.

Whether you're a leisurely poolside lounger, a whale-watching enthusiast reveling in humpbacks breaching, a bird-watcher enchanted by the vibrant avian rainbow in our banana and mango trees, or an adventurous soul exploring virgin beaches and hidden waterfalls, The Hacienda at Del Mar PV is your ultimate haven!

Our oceanfront location provides direct access to a beautiful rocky beach and a natural pool formed in massive rocks—an excellent spot for swimming and snorkeling.

Within minutes from our property, discover several sandy beaches, including:

Mismaloya Beach: A sandy paradise with abundant amenities such as restaurants, beachside massages, snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking, jet ski rentals, ATV tours, zip-lining, and horseback riding—all just a 4-minute drive from Del Mar PV.

Boca de Tomatlan: A charming fishing village with a sandy beach, serving as the gateway to water taxis and private boat tours leading to virgin beaches on the south shore, nestled on indigenous lands inaccessible by car. Only a 5-minute drive from Del Mar PV.

Notable Southshore Virgin Beaches (only accessible by water taxi or private boat):

Playa Colomitos: A beautiful sandy beach with a lovely waterfall, accessible by a scenic 30-minute hike from Boca de Tomatlan.

Playa Caballo: A favored beach now featuring an amazing beach club, perfect for a relaxing day with top-notch amenities and premium food and drinks.

Las Animas: A stunning beach with multiple restaurant options, ideal for a lunch break or a full day of beach relaxation. I recommend Los Conos restaurant.

Playa Majahuitas: My preferred beach and snorkeling spot in all of Vallarta. Breathtaking and featuring a high-end beach club on the left end and a large open beach area on the right.

Colmia Beach: A serene and super virgin beach without any amenities, perfect for a few hours of tranquility.

Yelapa: A beautiful beach village with restaurants and two captivating waterfalls.

Additionally, venture just 10 minutes south to explore the Vallarta Botanical Gardens and it's restaurant—a breathtaking experience.

Getting Around:
Buses, equipped with air conditioning and known for their reliability, have a convenient stop located approximately 10 meters from the property. While buses and taxis are popular choices among our guests, many opt for the convenience of having a rental car. This is a great choice as it allows you to more freely explore the amazing area we are located in.

Our location is a 7-mile drive to the romantic zone and approximately 9 miles to downtown and the main Malecón/boardwalk area. A nearby OXXO convenience store, just 350 meters away, provides easy access to essentials, and within about 5 minutes, you'll find various restaurants and shops in Mismaloya and Boca de Tomatlan.

Discover several amazing sandy beaches within a 5-minute radius of our property. Positioned oceanfront, we offer direct access to a beautiful rocky beach and a natural pool formed in massive rocks—ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Complimentary snorkels and life jackets are available for you and your guests.

Our property is nestled on a mountainside, and to reach the main house from the parking area, you'll need to descend approximately 85 stairs. Although the main house is conveniently situated on a single level, this layout may pose challenges for individuals with mobility constraints. As such, it might not be the most suitable option for those who encounter difficulties climbing stairs.

Other Things to Note:
The Hacienda at Del Mar PV comes with a Concierge and Maintenance man. Housekeeping, linen and laundry service is available for an added fee.

House Rules:

1. **Respect Our Neighbors**: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Please keep noise levels low during these times to ensure the comfort of our neighbors.

2. **No Pets Allowed**: Pets are not permitted on the property. An additional $250 USD cleaning fee will be applied if pets are observed during your stay.

3. **Minors Policy**: Minors are not allowed on the property unless accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian. They should not be left unsupervised on the premises at any time.

4. **No Smoking Indoors**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or near open doors or windows. A $250 USD fee will be charged if the property has been smoked in or smells like smoke. Smoking is allowed outside, but please ensure it is away from open windows or doors. A $5 USD charge will be incurred for each cigarette butt found on the floor or in the pool.

5. **Trash Disposal**: Please dispose of all trash in the designated trash cans. No glass is allowed in or near the pool area.

6. **Visitor Policy**: Visitors or guests not included in the reservation will incur an additional fee of $15 USD per person per day. Babies under 24 months are exempt from this fee. Children over 24 months are charged the same as adults.

7. **Pool Rules**: Please refrain from running, jumping, or diving in or near the pool area. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when in or near the pool. Glass items are not allowed in or near the pool area.

8. **Pool Heating Options**:
- From December 1st to March 30th, the pool is heated to 78°F at no extra charge. Guests can pay $50 USD per day to raise it to 90°F during this time.
- From April 1st to November 30th, guests can pay $50 USD per day to heat the pool to 78°F or $100 USD per day to heat it to 90°F.

9. **Drugs and Illegal Activity**: All drugs and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, as is public intoxication and disturbances. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund and loss of deposits.

10. **Accessibility Notice**: Our property is situated on a mountainside, requiring guests to descend approximately 85 stairs from the parking area to reach the main house. While the main house is on a single level, this layout may pose challenges for individuals with mobility constraints. Please consider this when booking as it may not be suitable for those who have difficulty climbing stairs.

Beautiful quite location
This property has a great view and easy access to the Ocean. We saw whales from the patio. The house is older but it was clean and plenty of space. The staff was very helpful as well. Great place to relax and watch the ocean.
