Located in the prestigious and luxurious Signature by Pinnacle, just 200 metres from Los Muertos Beach and in the heart of the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta.

Situated just above Olas Altas Street, and accessible by an electric funicular, Signature by Pinnacle is only a few minutes walk away from many delicious dining options, fabulous galleries, boutiques and memorable nightclubs. The complex is gated with around-the-clock security and offers a spectacular patio, bar and infinity pool as well as an equipped gym which is available free-of-charge to all guests.

Signature 406 Puerto Vallarta Condo is located on the 4th floor, facing the sea, and affords unobstructed views of Puerto Vallarta's famous sunsets. Its corner location and back windows capture refreshing, cooling, mountain breezes throughout the day and evening. Great Location in Romantica Zone. Walking distance to everything. The condo is a large two bedroom with phenomenal views and everything you need to be comfortable in a home away from home. Juan Carlos was very responsive and a great communicator. We hope to be back soon!

A true beauty!

Wonderful Stay
I've stayed in this building multiple times before but this is definitely one of my favorite units. Specatular view & patio including the jacuzzi and the built in speakers with Bluetooth are also nice & work well. Would definitely be happy to go back!

Incredible Vacation
We had an incredible vacation and Juan Carlos property mgr was the BEST. He was there to greet us when we arrived and he thoroughly explained all the amenities and shared his contact information in case we needed him. Overall one of our best vacations ever. Thank you and Job well done!!!

Beautiful unit with amazing views
Overall, the unit and property are top notch. It's a great set-up for staying-in to enjoy the day lounging on the deck - from BBQ, chaise lounges, sitting area, and dipping pool. The views are amazing - and it's a perfect location to access the beach. But it's a bit farther from most of the nightlife (main bars and clubs in the Zona Romantica) - and the funicular stops around 10pm. The only problem during our stay was that the elevators didn't work for 4 out of the 6 days of our stay, so walking up 5 stories in the high heat and humidity was challenge for us!

This was our fourth stay at this beautiful condo and we already cannot wait to come back. Juan Carlos is a gem and our visit was extra special this time because of him. The condo is stunning and the views from the large patio are magical.

The photos are spot on and if anything can’t even capture how stunning this place truly is. It’s also inviting and warm which is all credit to the owner who literally thought of EVERYTHING in preparing it for guests. The pool on the deck, the sunsets, the thunderstorms out the window… not to mention it’s on the perfect, quiet street. Amazing stay!

The BEST rental in PV!
We are repeat renters! This place is amazing, has everything you need! So much so we stayed for 2 weeks this trip and still was not enough:) So wonderful. Just read all the reviews, AMAZING! Beautiful Property and Great Location
Unit 406 benefits from an amazing view, a prime location, and a very helpful management company. We had plenty of hot water, cold air, and the Bluetooth music system was a nice companion to the dipping tub. As far as amenities go, the building even has a complementary funicular service allowing you to skip the stairs. We'd book again without hesitation.

The condo is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous views. Fantastic patio with your own private dipping pool. Speakers throughout the unit, and you can easily connect your phone to the sound system. Perfect location. Everything was wonderful. I will be back.

AMAZING well appointed property!
We have stayed at the pinnacle many times in many properties. This is the first time in this unit and we were so pleasantly surprised with how well appointed it was! Guy had all the necessities and much more. Many more pillows, linens towels. Great laundry room with all the soap and extras you would need. Juan Carlos was prompt, helpful and easy to work with. The views were beautiful. The deck and pool perfect in the evening. We are already looking at dates for this unit coming up. Thank you!

Simply the best
Check in was a breeze with great communication from the property manager, Juan Carlos. The property was exactly as pictured and was sparkling clean. Well appointed with towels, kitchen stuff, basic toiletries etc. The views were absolutely stunning, and it was fun to take the finicular up to the building (to avoid the stairs). Would recommend!
