Please try and clean the tables in the room. Stains look permanent and appear as always dirty. We were here for a week so we had a very good time.

Kind of a let down
The first impression is good, the place is clean. People at the reception make it difficult to feel welcome, it seemed all thw focus was on the wedding parties that weekend. The bed linens were amazing but ome of the mattress was giving out. The bathroom lacks privacy. The pool area great, the central.buffet is good although overpriced for what they offer, the waiters very kind. Not a bad experience overall but i dont recomend it or would consider going back as is.

This is a wonderful resort!! Ir has everything you need. Super friendly staff, they’re always there when you need them. Amazing pool with bar. Many restaurants to choose from.

Pleasant stay, shame about timeshare push
We went to enjoy a few leisurely days to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, combined with a business event on the saturday. Whilst the hotel and staff are attentive, they jump on you straight after check in to offer you a map, and then talk about a great discount card but you have to attend a 1.5 hr presentation....basically it’s to sell you timeshares or similar, zero interest in giving away my holiday time for that! In the evening, we received a flyer through our hotel room door telling us again about “the great benefits” of the discount card. On day 3, one of the hotel staff approached us again asking us if we had our “discount card”. Overall, the staff were attentive and it was a pleasant and comfortable stay (although some 3am noise by the pool!), it isn’t like other Sheraton hotels I’ve stayed at. It certainly feels more like a resort where they are pushing a sale onto you, rather than a client oriented focus.

No gusto la habitacion y no fue lo que pedi
Me gusta mucho el hotel, el tema es que solicitamos cama king size y nos dieron 2 matrimoniales, pedí el cambio, lo hicieron un tanto de mala gana, pues como compramos por medio de la aplicación, no nos dieron un trato bueno. Posteriormente hubo una boda, por lo cual la otra habitación de mis hijos tuvo muchísimo ruido como si estuvieran a fuera en los pasillos corriendo. Y bueno pedimos el cambio y nos lo dieron, pero es algo incomodo que estas habitaciones estén con tanto ruido

Me encantó su Spa muy bien tanto las instalaciones, lo profesional y el servicio de la gente excelente. EL hotel tiene algunas partes nuevas y otras ya se ven un poco viejas pero en general muy bien. La comida tambien muy rica. La playa no me encantó por las piedras (no hay casi nada de arena y se robaron mis chanclas haha). El Servicio de los meseros les falta para dar ese gran servicio que en otros lugares como en Barcelo de Riviera Maya tienen. En general le doy un 9 al Hotel, si regresaría sobre todo por ese Spa

No reserven con Hoteles.com o Expedia ya que no corresponde lo que dice en internet una vez que llegas al destino, te llevas muchas sorpresas. Si vas buscando playa, la del hotel no es tan linda pero si sólo ocupas el alojamiento y vas a salir a diferentes lugares/playas está ok el lugar.

Empezaba el aseo de las habitaciones muy temprano, se azotaban puertas de otras habitaciones se escuchaba todo, barrían movían mobiliario, tocaban todos los días a las 9 de la mañana para preguntar si queríamos algo del bar, no había la comodidad de ir el otros ascensores, tenía habilitados solo los que pasaban por recepción y siendo así, te insistían en tomar un desayuno para “conocer” su nuevo club, la alberca no estaba lo suficiente climátizada, se sentía fría, aunque el botones, el personal de mantenimiento, meseros muy amables... iba en plan de descanso pero no pude con tanto ruido... es incómodo...estar en un hotel de renombre y sentir que estás en otro que nada que ver... no volveré por que quiero descasar y ahí no se pudo.

Excelente opción de hospedaje en Puerto Vallarta, puedes ir caminando al malecon, la playa aunque pequeña enbextension, bien en general. El Servicio del Restaurante, muy bueno. La atención en general delbpersonal, amables.
