Mis Rocas is a premier ocean-front home located on Puerto Vallarta's exclusive south shore. It is sprawling ocean front estate spread out on 3 lots. It has 10 bedrooms, 13 baths, 12 terraces, 2 bar areas, heated infinity pool, jacuzzi, and ocean level covered pavilion. It has vaulted ceilings, 6 levels, 9 terraces, full kitchen. The Otis elevator makes 5 floors of the house accessible for those with limited mobility. Our house manager Jorge and award winning chef, pamper guests with great service and 2 gourmet meals/day. Our award winning private chef, makes your experience amazing with a shopping service and daily cleaning. Our property stands out because of its amazing views, staff and affordability.

Mis Rocas with designed by renowned architect Cachi Perez. and his vision was to create Spanish style estate with an open-air feel. The ocean side of the property is almost entirely open with large 8-10' sliding glass doors. They provide a 180 degree view of the bay, Los Arcos marine sanctuary and the city.

The area we live in is the PV South Shore. It has been the location for 3 famous movies and characterized by the unique aspect of having the Sierra Mountains on one side of the highway and Puerto Vallarta's Bay of Banderas on the other. We are 1 minute away from the beach and the zoo and 5 minutes from their international recognized Botanical Gardens that has a fantastic restaurant, bar and grill.
