The penthouse was super great value for money, the views are fantastic, good security in building, fun pool, and close to everything but not near a bunch of loud clubs! Only opportunities for improvement are 10am checkout pretty early, sink drain issue, very minor issues really!

Awesome Location and view
The view cannot be beat and the location is great. Close to everything (beach, restaurants, clubs, etc) but quiet at night. Perfect size for a single traveler or couple.

The view and location are 100% worth it
The view in room is even better than the pictures! The condo complex is in a great location. Right in the middle of Zona Romantica. There's restaurants and bars everywhere. There is also a market, Mini Super Amapas really close that has great groceries. Only one caution...there is a hotel nearby that has shows from 8:00pm-10:45pm on their rooftop and it is pretty loud. If you plan on gong to sleep during that time, bring earplugs. One other thing, the Wi-Fi router went in and out during the stay. All you have to do is unplug it and plug it back in to get it going again. I was happy to find that there were beach/pool towels available in the unit. Used the text feature to communicate with Vacasa and for questions and they were very responsive. This property did not allow for early check-in but you can sit by the pool and wait for your room if you get there early. Very safe and secure location. Will definitely stay here again!

The building itself is safe and secure. Great view and beautiful pool. The entrance is about 40 stairs that make it difficult with luggage. But the location is great. Short walk to beach, restaurants. The individual condo is in bad shape, construction on the roof and sidewallsxwas noisy all day. A water pipe burst and caused a waterfall wall. The vacasa management did a poir job communicating with contractor and myself. I got locked out of my condo and all my stuff overnight. They had the only set of keys and forgot to leave them as promised. Then last day of my stay the water was shut off all day. For being displaced out of my room, noise, inconvenience i got a $75 credit. Big deal. They ruined my trip. I would not reccomend staying here. Bad customer service and accomodations. Not to mention the smallest bathrooms ever and internet never worked despite several calls.

Great view, great pool area, great secured area. Other than that this place was awful to deal with. I normally wouldn't complain. Things happen. But to start upon arrival i was provided in correct entry code so couldnt get into room for over an hour. Standung in hot heat 100% humidity. Waiting on staff to arrive. Loud construction on the roof above my head and the wall my headboard was on non stop all day. Water pipe broke in wall, they had to move me to another room for a few hours which turned into 1.5 days. All my stuff got locked up in old room. Bad communication with VaCasa on when it would be fixed. Then they expect you to run back to the condo every time they need you to move again. I finally got moved back in and the next day it started leaking again. The bathrooms are super tiny, shower is short, my head touched beam in shower and I am 5'8". Then on Friday I woke up to the water being shut off. The internet never worked even though I called about it several times. They only compensated me $75 for all of the trouble, noise and inconveniences. Absolutely ridiculous. Ruined my vacation. Huge was really nice but had no power to do anything.

My room was amazing so was the views from the balcony just like the pictures from the website. Great time two blocks from the beach people were nice and friendly. Would love to stay here again. The pool was also nice and the water was warm too.
