Staff was friendly and attentive with the exception of when the beach was rented to cruise ships docked for their passengers. Condition of the resort was poor and cleaned only with water - no cleaning agents. This included the reusable cups used by the bars for cocktails.

We were disappointed with the food choices and dining experiences. We would have preferred more options and felt the same food was repeated day after day. We found ourselves dining off resort more than we anticipated. Our room was fine but we needed to ask the desk a number of times during our stay for hand and wash towels for the bathroom.

On the positive side, the beach at this property is excellent! Some less positive things were only two ala carte restaurants open per day and food was poor. Always short on beach towels and towels for the rooms. Not enough poolside and beach loungers to go around. The lack of inventory at this resort made it feel like it was going to shut down soon and they were trying to get by with as little as possible. Rooms need updating as well. The staff for the most part were excellent. Other than one manager that was quite rude from the Hacienda side. Overall, we still had a good vacation, but the property and inventory really need to improve.

Staff at this resort were very friendly and provide awesome services. Transportation was easy accessible with their taxis. Getting to the city was fun & easy. Overall the whole hotel was dirty and in bad conditions, most of the time the hotel feels dirty, there is poop in some places, the ceiling is leaking in the lobby, and most of the time the staff in management are mean and they are not really helpful sometimes the staff just ignored my questions, the only good staff are the waitresses, most are really friendly and attentive, the food is ok nothing out of this world, and sometimes flies would step on the desserts and breads

It was Okay’ only. Front desk agent was not very cooperative or helpful. Rooms were not family friendly as there was no door in the restroom and shower. Broken AC since the room temperature never went below 28 degree Celsius during our 5 days stay. All inclusive food and beverages were too mediocre and repetitive. Only the good thing about this Resort is it’s right to next to the beach. Thats it !

The first room we received had black mold on the ceiling. They couldn’t switch our room till 2 days later and even the upgraded room was very dirty. Mold on ceiling torn blanket and broken mirror in bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
