Coco Azul -Beach Front- Ocean Front-No Stairs

Zero stairs to the popular Los Muertos Beach. Simply get off the elevator and walk down a short ramp. Hear the wave’s crash and watch the crystal blue ocean from Coco Azul located just steps from Los Muertos Beach (green chairs) on the Bay of Banderas in the Zona Romantica on level 9. Coco Azul is close to everything including Blue Chairs/Green Chairs Resorts, Mantamar Beach Club and the Sapphire Ocean Club, yet just far enough away to feel a sense of privacy and relaxation. Just walk a few blocks into the heart of old town, there is something for everyone including many gay friendly shops, bars and restaruants. Newly renovated, the feel is modern beachy with a twist of old Mexico - natural tones, pops of aqua and a relaxed modern vibe create a sense of calm. This end unit is light and airy with many windows and also one of the largest one bedroom units in the building. The stunning view can be enjoyed from the dual air conditioned unit, from the private patio complete with outdoor kitchen or from the pool that sits almost on the beach. You are invited to enjoy the many amenities including a modern fully equipped indoor new kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances and filtered water at the sink, in-unit washer and dryer, large private bedroom with KING size bed, ceiling fans throughout both inside and outside, WIFI and two flat screen televisions, one in bedroom (streaming) and a large 59" flat screen in living with full cable and high speed internet . Although best suited for two, there is a sofa bed in the living area. This unit offers everything needed for your Vallarta vacation getaway. Gay Friendly. Locked gated entry with 24/7 security.

There are also various bars and restaurants on the beach that can be loud including two roof top bars. Typically, construction is reserved for low season only. If you are concerned about any construction noise in the area during the timey of your stay, please feel free to reach out for additional information. I try to keep informed as much as I can of projects and noise either in the building orr in the area. PV is growing and there is construction throughout the city.

GORGEOUS condo!

The cleanliness, space , decor & modern conveniences were MUCH better than any hotel. But the patio & view put the rental OTT! Price was super fair as well. Cannot imagine staying in a hotel with a comparable price compared to Coco Azul. Would definitely book again!

Ocean & Beach Views w/ Great Beach Access

Lovely and comfortable condo for 2 adults with beach & ocean views from the terrace. Pictures are all accurate; LOVED that the building back entrance was directly across from Ritmos, so you basically walked right onto the beach. Beatriz the local contact was very attentive and communicative. Can't wait to stay again.

Such a nice place to stay

We have been coming to PV for 25 years and have stayed in the building previously. It has a great location and the unit is fantastic. Expect noise in the evening from nightlife...this is PV! Check in was seamless and the unit is well appointed.

Location, Location, Location...And a great time

We loved this place! Went down for Thanksgiving and The White Party. Coc Azul was right in the middle of it all. We walked to 99% of everywhere we went, with only a ride to one restaurant (Cafe Des Artistes - our favorite restaurant in the world), and the airport needing us to grab an Uber. Cant wait to go back! Thanks for the great time!

Thank you Luis and property manager Beatriz who made everything perfect. The location is perfect ! The pool is amazing. The condo is perfect view. I was a little nervous being out of USA but this location is super safe and I recommend these fine dining places. Cafe de artistes , the iguana and O’Funiculi also Beatriz knew of all these inexpensive local places that I ate at. This trip was amazing and the ocean water is super warm Best trip and Vrbo experience!!

We love this room and building. Check in and out are super easy. Room is comfy with great balcony and views. Very clean. We love the location of the building. It’s in a super quiet area of the city but you can walk to the center in 10 minutes. Love the cobblestone streets and beautiful older buildings. Have walked home alone at night without any issues. Will absolutely come and stay again.

The perfect place!

The condo was lovely! Excellent layout and very clean. There was everything we needed. Blender for drinks, dishwasher, and cooking equipment. I love the filtered water and outdoor cooking area. We booked a fishing trip and prepared fresh caught fish outside! It is in an area we love. There is a lot of life going on all around. We enjoy the sounds of the clubs and music all day. Everything gets quiet at or before 11. The pool was lovely and not busy. We can’t wait to come stay again.

Nice, Comfortable, and Clean with Incredible View

We have already talked about renting this place next year. It is extremely convenient to the beach and to the romantic zone restaurants. The view from the balcony was spectacular at all times of the day. We took multiple pictures with that gorgeous tree in the background. Many thanks to Beatriz for being very responsive to all of our questions. I can honestly say we absolutely loved this condo.
