Great Holiday Getaway
Stayed over the Christmas and New Year’s Holiday’s. Close to all the celebrations, and our favorite restaurants. Stared at the ocean every morning over our coffee. Highly recommend.

The property was exactly as advertise, could not get a better location, balcony facing the ocean, beautiful sunsets. Condo has everything required for a comfortable vacation. Including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. 24 hour concierge, Very safe. Will definitely rebook.

This is a great property and a great place to stay. This was our first time on Puerto Vallarta and we're so pleased we stayed in the Zona Romantica. Everyone at the resort was friendly, and got to know us very quickly. Overlooking the Malecon and beach is ideal, and you have access to everything you need.

Great condo in great location
This 2 bedroom condo in Vista Del Sol was fantastic. It's in a great location and has very friendly and attentive security staff on duty 24/7. The pool area was great with amazing views of the ocean, mountains and the city lights. I would definitely stay in this condo again the next time I visit PV.

Ocean front 4th Floor is the Best!!!
We love Vallarta and this unit. You cannot beat the location in old town and the bay view. The condo has everything you need and is super spacious for 2 couples. Highly recommend!!!

Great Holiday
We really enjoyed our stay our stay at the condo. It had a lovely view and was comfortable. The new TV’s were great with all the latest apps. The aircons were good. The kitchen was small and rustic but was well stocked and functional. The staff were very nice and responsive to any requests. The cleaning staff were attentive and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

PV Getaway
Had a fantastic time in this unit!! Sitting on the balcony the view was great, lots of fun watching all the activities on the beach along with the Malecon!!! There was tons to do and great eating places whether it was at the beach restaurants or street vendors all within walking distance. It was also refreshing to be able to swim and sunbath at the rooftop pool area!! We will be back for sure!!!

The property was amazing. Location was absolutely perfect. The sunset is stunning. Never had a bad meal. We are definitely going to stay here again. We do wish the AC units worked better. Other than that, perfect!!!!

Can't beat the location!
Property is in the perfect location. Beach front and short walking distance to everything in Centro and Zona Romantica. Caught some amazing sunsets from the roof top pool. Staff was very friendly and helped us with any questions we had during our stay. Condo had everything you need. Aaron was awesome to work with and made the process easy from beginning to end.

Fabulous property
We ❤️ Vista Del Sol. The staff and owners have been wonderful and we can walk everywhere. Right on the Malecon. Only wish we had more time to stay longer. The owners are especially kind and eager to please. The unit has a fabulous view with the sound of the waves crashing. Perfect!

Perfect location with killer views!
This was our 4th time at the Vista del Sol, the first time renting from Aaron in this condo. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the ocean & musician performances, people and dog-watching, occasional whale & dolphin sightings; all things that we treasure on our “urban” vacation! We were very pleased with this rental, and found everything we needed for our stay. This location is fantastic for walking to the Malecón, Rio Cuale markets & vibrant Zona Romantica areas! Location could not have been better.
Sitting on the balcony of this condo was where we spent most of our waking hours. Fourth floor allows for endless ocean views, glorious sunsets and you can still feel a part of the action below on the Malecon. The property manager was prompt in answering my questions about our stay and the entire staff were friendly and helpful. The pictures on the website show the actual furnishings but in person, they could use a bit of refreshing. That said, we could easily overlook that when sitting on that balcony.

The property is right in the heart of the Romantic Zone, which is a very active area. If you like the hustle and bustle, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and activities, it's a great place to be. The ocean view from the balcony is lovely, and you can hear the waves crashing at night. We did have some issues with the air conditioning, and it took several days before the air conditioner was fixed, but it was working fine by the time we left. The unit is also a tad worn, with older fixtures, etc., but it has lots of charm and much more of an authentic Mexican vibe than most places for rent.

Villas Vista del Sol
This is a great property location-wise. Directly on the Malecon and handy to everything with stunning ocean views. We were fortunate to see several whales and dolphins in the Bay during our 10-day stay. The kitchen, while equipped with the basics, does not have enough utensils (bowls, scissors, smaller plates, sharp knives) to make cooking easy. However, the fridge and stove are new, and the other appliances function really well and the BBQ on the top floor was spotless. The property manager was always quick to respond to any questions, and the condominium staff are excellent, friendly and professional. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Perfect spot between Centro & Zona Romantica
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, across all dimensions. The location is perfect, right on the beach/boardwalk, but away from the super noisy bars 3-4 blocks to the south. Very easy to either go towards zona romantica or, for a more traditional experience, el centro, across the foot bridge. Easy access to several grocery stores for staples. The residence is very well run, with 24x7 security and access to services if needed. Great pool on the roof with stunning views. The apt has a local flavor, with dark woods and tiles, and Mexican paintings and ceramics. Great terrace right on the beach. Aaron was very good to deal with. Got back to us right away when we had a question. Bottom line, one of my top renting experiences. Can’t recommend enough.

We were really happy with location and definitely the ocean view but there were a few drawbacks. All the AC units barely worked. Master bedroom didn’t work at all,living room never cooled off and second bedroom cooled down room but shut off and on every 5 seconds. Unit is a bit worn out but still unique. The beach equipment could be upgraded a bit as well. Umbrella way too small. The igniter for stove didn’t work either, so a note would of been helpful. Still had a very nice time but wouldn’t rebook unless I knew for sure that all the AC units would be working. Great restaurants all around and lots of action.

Great Location ~ Lovely peopl
My sister and I stayed at this property in Nov 2023 for 7 nights. We found the location to be excellent for our needs and the unobstructed view of the ocean and bay was perfect. The property manager, Aaron, was quick to respond to all questions, both prior to and after our arrival. The property itself looks larger in the pictures than in person but once we looked at the ocean from our patio, the condo size seemed just right! As noted, the property is open and staffed 24 hours per day. We came in late an evening or two and there was no issue with entry. The folks staffing the front desk could not have been more helpful or friendly! Some earlier comments noted that the wifi and the AC were problematic. We did not find that to be the case at all. My sister was able to work with no issue and the AC kept us both quite comfortable when we needed it. The two bedrooms and baths were at opposite ends of the condo so the privacy was exceptional. Finally, each morning outside of the condo on the Malecon was the Muffin Man. He and his wife make pastries each day (both sweet and savory) and they are about 90 pesos or ~$0.45 each. He's friendly, funny and engaging and the pastries are great!! We will definitely stay with Aaron again!

Love this place. Nice condo with a fantastic view. Right in the heart of Romantic Zone with dozens of good restaurants, entertainment and a beautiful beach. Already thinking about booking for next year.
