"My wife reserved 3 family rooms , I reserved one a total of 4 rooms and when I did the check in one of my wife's room was not ready and it was past the check in time the room that I additionally reserved was given to another family and It had been charged to my account , the power went out and we had no lights all night no food , no hot water , no wifi customer service was not the best , the rooms were dirty the staff was not helpful, the main reason I'm giving 2 starts is because the natural view and waterfalls are beautiful "

While it is an older property, it is impressively well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and having a young lady on the team who spoke English fluently was a tremendous help for our limited Spanish skills. The on-site restaurant, Mangoes, was a standout, serving delicious meals at very reasonable prices—an absolute highlight of our stay. Although the bed was a bit firm and the linens (both towels and sheets) showed their age, these minor details did not detract from the overall experience. This hotel is a delightful choice for travelers looking for peaceful surroundings, good food, and warm hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return!"
