Villa #17 (Bella) - Five Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 14

There are 6 villas for rent at Bella Sirena (Villas 1, 2, 17, 18, 19, & 20). I own or manage Villas 2, 17, 18 & 20. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom were completely remodeled in the spring of 2023. We added a wet bar with a pellet ice maker and plenty of shot, margarita and wine glasses. The kitchen was completely remodeled with GE Monogram appliances, including an induction cook top and new center island with a lot more work space. The big cantera fireplace was replaced with an upgraded entertainment area and an 84" smart TV. The dining area now seats 12, and there are 6 more stools at the center island. Last, the master bedroom was completely remodeled and a vanity table and mirror were added.

Staying in Villa Bella can be described as epic. The villa has 5 individually designed bedrooms (2 classed as master-suites), a large living space, private patio, jacuzzi, outdoor grill, a professionally equipped kitchen, and a private double garage. A/C and wi-fi are throughout.

Many guest request early check-ins. In peak season, this is difficult because the maids need time to clean. Please call me at 11am on the date of your arrival and I will have a better idea when the property will be ready.
Puerto Peñasco
Located in Puerto Peñasco, this villa is on the beach. The Links Golf Course and Competition Hill are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Islands and Protected Areas of the Gulf of California and Alto Golfo de California Biosphere Reserve. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and horse riding nearby.

Occupancy may not exceed 14. No exceptions. Please do not book if you have more than 14 in your guest party.
Please provide your own fire wood for the fire pit and your own life vests for the kayak and paddle board.

Best place to stay in Rocky Point
We have stayed at 4-5 of these beachfront Bell Sirena villas over the years, as we love the design of the house, which provides lots of space, and privacy between each bedroom. But this villa has recently been remodeled, and includes new furniture, and what I would estimate to be at least an 85-in TV. PLUS…, this property gives you the benefits of both a private beachfront house, but with access to the pool bar/restaurant, and several pools to meet other guests. We will definitely be back!!! ☺️☺️☺️

The house is right on the beach. The main area has a beautiful view of the ocean as does two of the bedrooms. The air conditioning works wonderfully. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the ice machine and the R/O wster.

Villa at the Beach
We had a wonderful time and throughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The newly remodeled kitchen in the villa is fabulous!! The setting is stunning and right off the beach. Perfect place for watching sunsets. We enjoyed lounging in the back yard and playing Corn Hole. The huge hot tub was a favorite. There was also a lot of green space next to the villa for soccer and family games. We utilized the pool with the swim up bar, the family pool and the fitness center. We are definitely coming back next year. Neal was very responsive to answer any questions or requests.

Best vacation rental ever
Hands down the best home I have ever had the pleasure to rent. It comfortably fit our family of 14 that flew in from out of town for Thanksgiving. The decor to the amenities were incredible. Very close to restaurants, access to massages on the beach, hot tub on property, and kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend. Best location when visiting Puerto Penasco/Rocky Point. The upgrades done to the home are perfection. The pictures on line do not do the place justice. You have to see it in person to understand the beauty of this home. Located beach front with a jacuzzi and rooftop area. It was everything we expected and more!! We visited at the height of the summer heat and the home was nice and air conditioned. Each bedroom was well furnished and had comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the necessities to create a meal and entertain. Loved the specialty ice cube freezer! Property security was great. They were always aware when we were coming and going checked in with us frequently. Felt very safe which made our time more relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this home for future family vacations.

Senior Trip Success
We booked this property for our daughter and five of her friends as a senior trip after just graduating from high school. A few of the parents went with us as well so in total we had 13 people staying in the house, and it was more than enough room for all of us. The house itself was large and absolutely beautiful, the location right on the beach was perfect as we spent a lot of the time on the back patio/deck when we weren't out in the water, and after staying at other resorts in the area we can confidently say that Bella Sirena resort is one of the nicest resorts on all of Sandy Beach. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This is the third time we stay at this location. Love the upgrades. One thing is tht the sliding doors dont lock. Overall it is a very safe and well secured, but can be conserning because if you have belongings it not secure. Once again love the place love Rocky Point. Till next time

Best Room on the Sandy Beach !
We have stayed at this owner's other villas and at this one prior to the remodel. Let me say, the remodel was outstanding. Something you would see in Scottsdale for sure! Every little feature was perfect. Kitchen was amazingly outfitted, with appliances & supplies to cook for large groups. Bar with pellet ice maker and drink fridge, but if that is not enough you also have a large fridge in the garage for all the food/drinks! The dining fits 14, living room seating does too! On the sand and right in the action. Beds and bedding supplies are top-notch. Showers are excellent with plenty of towels, etc. Spoils you from ever going anywhere else. Kayaks, Paddleboards for use on the side of the villa, and lots of beach accessories in the garage for use. A true home away from home !

Ladies Trip in Memorandum
From the moment we walked into the home it took our breath away! The View!! The home itself was perfect! Freshly renovated with upscale appliances, the best ice maker ever! Beautiful bar area, amazing kitchen. We had so much room for 8 ladies, not to mention the fun we had. Everything you could possibly need is available in this perfectly situated home on the beach with spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets! Can’t wait to return next year!
