Everything about the property was amazing! First time staying there and will keep coming back! Loved that it was quiet and easy access to the beach with tons of seating available. Only negative thing for me was the communication with the guys at the bar as they didn’t explain pricing correctly. Overall, it was a great experience for my family and I.

Property was clean and presented as promised. Walk to beach and close to downtown. Secure parking and gate guards even had to jump our car because we left hazard lights on all night. Very safe and beautiful property, we will book again!

Short stay in a unit I was thinking about purcahsing
Great unit on a corner with wrap around deck. Well decorated and comfortable. Some deferred maintenance items need attention (ceiling in the bathroom is pealing, patio door sliders need attention, Wi-Fi signal was poor out on the patio) Cleaning service just dropped off paper towels, laundry soap, and soap inside the front door as if they would come back later. Never saw them but left a cash tip. Way too much furniture on the patio. Bottom line it is a great spot but not sure if I would rent again for $180/night for one person.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The restaurant was very underwhelming. When we asked a waitstaff member a question he replied “I’m in a hurry. What do you want?” We were the only ones in the restaurant at 5:00 and the food was okay. Went to pickup the next night and the girl bartender/waitress wasn’t super friendly or fluent. Room was nice and a gorgeous view, but we’ll probably pass on staying again and try some other options in the future.

Corner condo with wrap around balcony made it a no brainer to book. Then watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony was gorgeous!!! Inside was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. No issues at all with anything. The condo security will kick you out of the pool/hot tube in a timely manner. Certainly will book again!!!

Clean. Well equipped. Check in at front desk great. But it's December! Only problem; water was shut off to the building about 7am Sunday. Called to front desk and within minutes it was back on. Prefer Keruic coffee to drop ( old way ) but that's minor.

Outstanding experience
We had a wonderful vacation - from the security at the gate when we entered, to them knowing my name at the front desk when I checked in. The Sonoran Sun is a beautiful property that I had stayed at 13 years ago, so I expected that I would see signs of aging... but let me tell you, the property is immaculate! The condo itself was also very tasteful Beautiful tile inside/out, very comfortable furnishings and an incredible shower! One thing to note, as renters - there are zero beach towels/items for the beach kept in the condo, as well as nothing for coffee or any seasonings/spices - however there is both a Kurig and a regular coffee pot (and there were filters), so we stopped at the store the first day and bought some ground coffee and creamer. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. And I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this particular condo again. It was very tasteful and the wraparound balcony was glorious for the ocean view and the sunsets. 5 stars.
