This home is next to Sams Club and 5-7 minutes to the best beaches and everything Penasco has to offer! Maeva offers 24 hour gated security, 2 pools , jacuzzis , outdoor grills, a basketball court and a soccer field. Beautiful home!
We loved our stay! Natalia was a great host and was in contact with us before we got there and during our visit. The home is modern looking and clean, looked just like the pictures on vrbo website.

We got up no traffic noise, no dogs barking and cool morning out in the back patio drinking coffee. It was a good size house and i loved the walk in showers the best. I even cooked a few nights just to stay in. Owner (shawn ) would text asking if we needed anything? To let him know, that's was very nice. We will be back again

Wonderful and relaxing weekend
Natalia was a great host. She made sure we could easily access the unit even late at night. The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything you need, even washer and dryer. The subdivision has swimming pool, mini soccer field, playground... and there is a supermarket across the street. We will be back :)

I was staying for two nights and the prep from the owners are great. They keep in communication even when you think they don’t and offer great insights on what to check out, see, and do. They keep their place clean, organized, and simple as possible. The ac units cool the room very quickly and the showers are fancy. The location is great and check in was super easy ! Definitely reccomend and I know it’s great cause my friend is nit picky but he enjoyed everything here and deserves the ratings

Comfortable stay in Rocky Point
We arrived later than anticipated in Rocky Point. Communication with Natalia was great and she accommodated the later arrival. The rental had everything we needed for our stay! Kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all necessities. The WIFI was strong! The home was cozy and very comfortable. We loved the decor. Maeva Residencial is quiet, friendly neighbors, with good amenities. We were very close to Sam’s and the Bodega, several cute coffee shops and plenty of restaurants. Just a 15 min drive to the Malecon and beaches. Overall wonderful stay!! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Peaceful and Convenient Stay
I recently stayed at the Maeva residence in Rocky Point, and it was a wonderful experience. The property was well-maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was impeccably clean, which is always a top priority for me. The location was ideal, just 10 to 12 minutes away from all the attractions and amenities. Nestled in a gated community, it offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a getaway. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, I actually thought about purchasing. Therefore, I will definitely book another stay when I return to Rocky Point. Highly recommend!
