Note: The Beach is a bit of a walk, but we do have a wagon for your beach items. The walk is about 7 minutes.

IMPORTANT NOTES: The closest pools is the owner's pool. But the pool you can have access is just a few steps further.

All Reservations must pay a $10 fee to the resort upon check-in. This fee goes to the resort check in company (FMI), is not included in your reservation fee and is not charged by Pisolino Rentals.
It is important to note, this Villa is the home of the owner. The resort can sometimes feel like a hotel atmosphere; however, Pinacate is a Mexican Condominium Regime with private condos and villas. Please respect all staff members, owners and other guests. There is a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or destructive behaviors. Eviction by the resort for breaking rules does not initiate a refund.
