The Space:
This Villa is perfect for a family or friends getaway with on-site parking with security 24/7 on premises. Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans for cooking along with basic cooking amenities, bath and beach towels, bathroom amenities and much more. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, nightstands with 45" Tv with Netflix, dedicated large closet, bath with rain shower head and separate large tub, and a private balcony.

The second bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed with trundle, spacious closet, easy access to the full bathroom and balcony overlooking the ocean.

The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with easy access to the full bathroom and balcony overlooking the ocean.

The fourth bedroom has a twin trundle bed, a desk for a computer and access to the hallway bathroom.

The dining area has a beautiful wooden dining table set to seat 6 people. The kitchen area has wooden cabinets with complimenting neutral colored granite counter tops with built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven, plus ample kitchen counter seating. You will find it all: dinnerware, flatware, glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, and cooking amenities.

Living area is comfortably furnished, has a 75" smart tv to enjoy Netflix streaming.

The Patio affords al fresco dining with beach views, and the interior courtyard cabana is the perfect place to lounge.

The Villa has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, and dedicated washer/dryer.

Access to the two neighboring resorts (Encanto Living and Luna Blanca) is included with 3 huge communal pools, heated spas, poolside bar, propane BBQ grills with palapas, fitness room, tennis court, and 24-hours resort security.

We don’t go to Mexico to stay in the room, but the accommodations could have been better. One of the bathrooms were out of order and the smell of sewer fumes were prevalent during our stay. No trash bags, dish or hand towels. Only the main TV worked. This unit could have used a BBQ. Plenty of room. Had to use the resorts grill. No out door lounging, friends stayed in the resort rooms and the accommodations were cleaner. Would not reserve this unit again. The rest of the trip was great.

Nice villa within a walking distance to the beach!
I took my extended family to Rocky Point for the Memorial Day weekend. We liked the villa! It was very practical for 10 people. Short walking distance to the beach was a plus! Also Luna Blanca complex has nice pools , jacuzzi and lounges!

Normally our group is up on Sandy Beach, but we loved this spot so much we are planning a return in a few months. The house is marvelous, though we under utilized the rooftop deck. Though it's not that far into town, you will want to be ready to prepare some meals there. or just zip over to Mayan Palace. :)
