Ground Floor Condo at Las Palomas, one of the 2 units in Phase 1 ground floor condo with 3 and a half Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and in the Rental Pool.

One of the Bedrooms is a separate locked in suite with its own full bathroom.

It features a king size bed in each bedroom and a bunk bed (twin over full) in the bunk room!

Located in Phase 1, Topaz Building this condo offers a great private patio and direct access to the pool and beach areas.

In addition to Topaz 108, we also own and rent other ground floors close by:
1 Bedroom: Diamante 106
2 bedroom: Topaz 105,
3 Bedrooms: Opalo 108, Opalo 107 and Diamante 108!

Have also ground floors in Phase 2:
1 Bedroom: Cabrillo 102, Coronado 102, Coronado 105, Cortez 102.
2 Bedrooms: Cabrillo 106, Cabrillo 104 and Cabrillo 103.

For higher floors we also have Cortez 903

Nice accommodations with easy access to everything. For me, it was just too big, too noisy, and way too much cement. Pool area, beach, and bars were great. Great place for families with kids

One of our favorite stays at Las Palomas! Had every thing we needed and more. Comfortable beds, great views, amazing patio. It’s kind of tucked away in a corner, so easy access but felt private. We’ll be back!

We loved our stay at this Las Palmas condo. The ground floor access was a great feature. The condo was clean and spacious. Communication with the host was fast; and it was nice to call the front desk if we needed anything. The resort amenities are some of the best on Sandy Beach. We will definitely be back!!

Great place, perfect location
We had a large group stay in the condo and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space so we didn't feel too crowded and we could easily wall right to the pool. It had pretty much everything you could need, except a broom, but we called down to the front and they brought one. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything about the condo was good. Great ground floor location, clean and everything you need to cook. Staff was great as usual and working with Jaime was easy. Only complaint was the smell coming from the drains/sinks.

Perfect condo for families
This condo was laid out perfectly for one or two families. You will be close to the restaurant, the deli, the pool and the beach. If you have older children, you can even supervise them from the patio during the day and at night. The water slide and lazy River are also in close proximity. The condo has plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Awesome!
This whole place is amazing. The condo is beautiful and has an excellent location. It was well appointed and advertised very accurately. We loved being spoiled by daily housekeeping service! Las Palomas is a beautiful, clean and welcoming resort. The location is excellent and the beach is beautiful. Water aerobics was especailly fun! We had a blast and can't wait to come back!!!

It's a 3 bedroom but there's a fantastic bonus bunkroom for kids (technically not a bedroom but it has a door). Big dining table and an expansive deck! Loved it!

Once again we enjoyed our stay. 3 bedrooms worked well for 3 couples since everyone had their own bathroom. Showers were warm to hot for all. Patio space is huge. Some golfed, others walked on beach. At restaurant, flounder and cauliflower salad recommended.

Can’t beat a ground unit!
Overall it was what we expected. The ground unit allows for easy pool access which is appreciated having kids. There were a few minor issues such as one of the shower valves is very difficult to control, likely needs replacing and the glass shower door doesn’t close all the way likely needing a realignment. But these don’t affect our enjoyment. Would stay again.

There was water problems, no hot water, the toilets were plugged. I called maintenance they said it was fixed, but it wasn’t. There were no xtra garbage bags, no dish soap, nothing to clean up the kitchen after a meal. The place needs renovation, very dirty.

Mediocre unit
This is our 4th time to RP and our first and last in this unit. It was fine but our other stays have been WAY better than this unit. The AC in the main living space wasn’t working and after alerting the owner/manager, I was told that 78/79 “is within the parameters but to let them know if it goes up” this made for an extremely unpleasant stay as we couldn’t enjoy our down time in the living room. We had to go back into one of the bedrooms where the AC was working. The microwave didn’t work so we had to call and get that taken care of, and unfortunately during our stay there was a water issue in town so our water was off from 8pm-8am, 10am-5pm, giving us little snips of time to bathe the kids, make dinner etc. I remember reading that there was beach chairs/toys but I never found any. There is MINIMAL cooking supplies. The faucets in the showers need updating as well as the drainage. The draw to this unit is the size but in my opinion it’s not worth it.

This condo was perfect for our family. Everyone had a bed and everyone had room to spread out. We love staying on the bottom floor for the ease of access to everything. We would definitely stay here again.
