Located in the sandiest area of Las Conchas, Casa de la Playa will make you “Barry” Happy! This colorful and comfortable beachfront home offers the perfect setting for your next vacation, with space to relax, play, and reconnect—just steps from the Sea of Cortez. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it’s ideal for families or groups looking for an unforgettable stay in Rocky Point.

MASTER BEDROOM: Wake up to incredible views of the water in this spacious suite featuring a king bed, a sliding glass door leading to the patio, and a convenient kitchenette. The en suite bathroom includes both indoor and outdoor showers—perfect for rinsing off after the beach or enjoying a peaceful moment under the sky.

SECOND BEDROOM: Cozy and comfortable, this room includes a queen bed and connects to a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with hallway access—great for couples or additional guests.

THIRD BEDROOM: Features a king bed and its own private en suite bathroom, offering extra privacy and comfort.

FOURTH BEDROOM: Designed with families or kids in mind, this room includes two sets of bunk beds—one with twin beds and one with queen beds—making it fun and functional for groups of all ages.

LIVING ROOM: The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and offers stunning views of the Sea of Cortez through large windows along the southern wall. A great space to relax, read, or enjoy time with loved ones.

GAME ROOM: A favorite for guests of all ages, this bonus room includes a large flat-screen TV, a vintage Pacman arcade machine, foosball table, and a wet bar with reverse-osmosis filtered water and an ice machine.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked and ready for your culinary needs, the kitchen includes spices, an air fryer, blender, dishwasher, and its own reverse-osmosis water system—everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home.

OUTDOOR AREA: A spacious beachfront deck runs along the side of the house, with a direct path leading to the sand and sea. The palapa-covered bar and seating area on the porch offer the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunset, or gather for evening drinks.

PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly. A $75 USD fee applies per pet. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your furry companion.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: The owner kindly requests no smoking inside the home. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included for your comfort.

Casa Barry is our Happy Place

Casa Barry is perfect for our annual family vacation. It is clean, very well stocked and roomy. We love the view and the wonderful beach. We have stayed 3 years in a row and have already booked Spring of 2026!

Amazing space for families & friends

Amazing space, just a walk down the stairs to the beach. We had the beach to ourselves. Lots of room for our family. Close to Walmart. We had lots of fun.

Casa Barry is our Happy place

Our family stayed for 6 days and loved it! It was our second time and we plan to come again next year! The house is beautiful, equipped with absolutely everything you could need, and big enough to spread out! The beach is wonderful and we had it almost to ourselves.we love Casa Barry!

Amazing

Casa de la playa is everything that is advertised! The home is clean, comfortable and large enough to house our family of 10. The game room is a hidden gem! The porch overlooking the ocean is unbeatable! And beach location was fantastic, the week we were there, it was basically a private beach! Oceano Rentals was easy to work with and met all our needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house with all the comforts of home. Kitchen well stocked ACs worked great, plenty of space, house was clean upon arrival. Would absolutely stay here again. Only real negative is the house is elevated from the beach with 65 steps plus landings to get back and forth. We did have a group of people that were staying in the house behind us without beach access so they would continually step over our wall to use our stairs. The managers were available with questions on the oven, they did send a yard man over without informing us first which was a little concerning to see the gate open when we returned from lunch without warning but otherwise no issues.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Barry Happy. House was clean and right on the beach. There was a private stairway to get to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans we needed. We used the grill 3 days of our stay and didn’t run out of propane. Beds were all comfortable to sleep on. There were small refrigerators in both ends of the house in addition to the main fridge, which we found useful. Only very small issue is we ran out of clean towels, but we went to the local store and bought soap to wash the towels in the washer and dryer in the game room. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful

This was our second stay at Casa Barry Happy. The house and casita work perfect for our family of 11. The check in process was easy, staff helpful and friendly. We called them twice and they responded quickly. The upgrades from 5 years ago were really nice. We are keeping this property on our stay there again list. Thank you!
