Pool Closure Notice:
You may have heard about the recent tragic event at the Sonoran Sea Resort, which has unfortunately resulted in the closure of the pools until further notice.
In these challenging times, we are grateful for the support from neighboring resorts. Princesa de Peñasco and Changos have generously opened their pool facilities to our guests. Please note that in order to facilitate your access to these facilities, a daily list of guests will be shared with each resort.
To ensure smooth entry, please make sure to wear your wristbands at all times when visiting these facilities. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so in accordance with the booking platform's cancellation policies.
Cancellation & Refund Disclaimer: - VRBO AND DIRECT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
Please note that due to merchant processing costs, if you qualify for a full refund upon cancellation, the maximum refundable amount will be 95% of the total price paid. Additionally, refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, typically taking 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.

Check-In Information:
Please note that check-in is always at 4:00 PM. Due to a system glitch on Airbnb, you may see an option to select a different check-in time, but please disregard this. We kindly ask that you assume and expect check-in to be at 4:00 PM, as this is the earliest the property will be ready for your stay.
Resort Policies:
Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. If you are under 25, please have someone 25 or older from your group complete the booking. The primary guest (25+) must be present and staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation.
Registered Guests Only: All guests staying at the property must be registered, and the total number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
Occupancy Limit: This 2-bedroom unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. The resort does not allow extra guests, even for an additional fee. For groups of 7 or more, please book a larger condo to comply with resort regulations.

Border Hours: The border opens at 6:00 AM and closes at 8:00 PM. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
Self Check-In: The condo has a keypad for self check-in.
Check-In Instructions: You will receive detailed check-in instructions at 8:00 AM on the day of your arrival.
Guest Confirmation: Please confirm the number of adults and children in your party, as the resort requires this information.
Resort Fee: The resort collects a one-time fee of $15 for your entire group at check-in (not per guest).
Check-Out Instructions
Late Check-Out Fee: $100 for each additional hour beyond the check-out time. This ensures our cleaners have the necessary time to prepare the property for the next guest.
Setting the AC Temperature: Before you leave, please set the thermostat to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. HVAC professionals recommend this to help prevent the AC unit from freezing or experiencing other issues. We've had multiple urgent repairs in the past that could have been avoided by following this guideline. We want your stay (and future guests’ stays) to be as comfortable and issue-free as possible.
