Awesome Beach House for big families or groups! Enjoy a memorable vacation at the ocean in this mega-big home with space to sleep up to 18 by request with an air mattress! Great ocean views, and a quick walk to the beach. Home has a large yard and a rooftop party deck with wood-burning fireplace and grill station.
The home consists of a main home with 5 bedrooms and a casita with a 6th bedroom, extra kitchenette, extra laundry room and family room with a sofa sleeper.

The Space:
2 master bedrooms with ensuites awith King size beds
1 bedroom with a King bed, a jack and jill bathroom, and 1 bedroom with a queen bed.
1 bedroom with ensuite and 4 single bunk beds
Casita
Kitchenette-microwave, fridgerator, sink, water jug cooler, 4 TV Trays.
1 bedroom with ensuite and a full bed
Family room with sofa sleeper and 2nd full bathroom and a mini split for a/c.

The Neighborhood:
Las Conchas is a premier tourist beach destination, located in the city of Puerto Peñasco, a stunning coastal destination! With its pristine beaches and breathtaking views, Las Conchas is a paradise for beach lovers. Whether you're looking to relax on the sand, swim in crystal-clear waters, kayak, or simply soak up the sun, Las Conchas has it all. Some other popular activities are Standup Paddleboarding, banana boating, sunset cruises, whale and dolphin sightings, and enjoying excellent Mexican food and seafood.

Getting Around:
Driving, and taxi to restaurants and bars are 10 minutes away. There is a restaurant in the Linda Vista Community called Chuy's, as well as Rocky Pizza that will deliver or you can pick up.
Walking to the beaches is just a quick few minute walk from the back gate of the house.

We had an amazing time! The house is absolutely gorgeous. It was a little tough lifting the ice chest upstairs to the kitchen, but that's our own fault for packing too much. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

40th birthday celebration
The start was rocky we arrived and the ladies had to pee but we hadn't gotten the code yet, but it was out fault for showing up two hours early. The house has amazing views from the roof top. We spent each night enjoying the breeze and the semi full moon. Checkout was simple and the host communicated with us as soon as we reached out each time we had questions.

Beautiful House
The house was very clean, perfect for our group size and with secure parking. A few reasons why this isn't a five star rating, we picked the house for the size and location next to our friends with a beach house. But the location listed on the property was nearly off by 2 miles. The kitchen and bathrooms didn't have hand towels, and lastly the showers had shampoo, body wash, and conditioner dispensers, but they were not stocked. No big deal, we usually bring our own shower stuff, but forgot on this trip. All in all it was a great experience.
