"We got a taxi from the airport for €18 . We arrived at the property 7pm and were met by the owner . He showed us the house and competed some admin eg meter readings for electricity. He took time to show us where everything was and explain things which was very kind. He also gave us his mobile number to contact him in case of any problems . "The house was exactly as advertised, in a lovely area just outside Palma. Clean, bright and a 2 min walk to the beach, groceries or the bus. we had a car and it was easy to find street parking. The host left us a delicious basket of Mallorcan treats and was very easy to work with. Highly recommended! "

"We were a family of 4. Wonderful location to beach, restaurant, park and shops. We stayed for 5 days and had a great trip exploring the area. The house was decorated very modern, but homely. Everything we needed for cooking and BBQ was there. Lovely bedding and towels."

"Super accommodation in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Great for visiting Palma city. Portixol is very uncommercialised, with great places to eat. A welcome pack would be a useful addition for weary holiday makers upon arrival. Overall one of our better holidays and we plan to return."
