"the location of the apartment is perfect and has everything you need. its a shame that the windows in the bedrooms are linked to light tunnels so there is very little natural light. none the less a very enjoyable stay and the owner let us store our bags while we were waiting for the flight."

The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. "The apartment was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our one week stay. The weather was unusually cold and when we arrived the heaters were not turned on. The heat unit in the main living area did not work at all and was scheduled for replacement after our departure. It took all night for the apartment to heat up to a comfortable level.
