"I liked it was very clean. I hated the toiletries were packets. They had A/C but the heating didn't work. They have no staff to man the Hostel, so you do it through the bar/restaurant downstairs. The guys were nice were but there were a ton of people having a party outside and the restaurant was super full. They're understaffed and I had to fight to get the bartenders' attention to check in, then he went to get someone who gave me a key and waved me away. I had to return to asked for the wifi....

"We had a 7.5hr drive to the property but Luis called us about 1.5hrs before we arrived to check what time we would be there so the property manager could be there to meet us. We went to the supermarket to collect essentials before we went to the house but we really did not need to!
