Great stay right on the lagoon

This property was very nice. It was clean, lots of room and storage. The apartment was also well equipped with everything you need for cooking your own meals. The air conditioning was great. Our hosts were very nice and easy to deal with. They answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. I recommend staying there.

Quaint Gem

This studio had plenty of room for 2 adults. Lots of storage cupboards, adequate kitchen, washer/dryer, large shower, AC more than adequate, comfortable beds. Even though the studio doesn't have a balcony, the pool & deck area & little beach around the building certainly makes up for that. We used the public beach for snorkelling (a 3 min. walk) & made lots of use of the beautiful pool & kayaks at Playa Bonita.

Wohnung mit Mängel

Naja, bei den ganzen Fotos waren wir von einer hellen Wohnung mit Terrasse am Pool ausgegangen. Wir konnten den Poolbereich zwar nutzen, aber zu diesem Objekt gehören Tisch und Stühle neben, schon fast auf dem Parkplatz dazu. Uns fehlte ein Fenster im hinteren Bereich. Kanus waren ok, aber die Fahrräder defekt. Beachclub hätte man gegen Gebühr benutzen können. Oscar hat uns ein paar Campingstühle zur Verfügung.

Great place!

Very nice studio with good beds and shower. Nice location with pool, beach and kayaks. Golf cart needed to get to restauarants and downtown. Good communication with owners. Would come back again!!

Bahia Kantenah - studio

The pictures of the little huts was misleading. They are not on this property at all, they are on the Catalonia beach. Found 2 cockroaches and lots of ants. Water came in under the door when it rained... despite all of this we did have a wonderful time in Puerto Aventuras. The landlords were very helpful in obtaining a doctor and nurse when needed.

Top Notch Unit

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean. First floor no stairs. Easy parking. Very good communication with Oscar, the owner. No management company here. Would return again to this unit! Oh, the shower was amazing..

Great apartment on the quiet side of Puerto Aventuras with a pool and lagoon access to the ocean. The main restaurants are a little far away but you can always ride the bikes provided. Full washer and dryer too! Loved it!

IF YOU WANT THE REAL TRUTH READ THIS REVIEW

This condo has much more than described everything that this condo provides. The unit is much larger than it looks in the picture. The bathroom alone is about 20 x 20 shower is big enough for two large people and then some. The condo is extremely clean. There are plenty of hangers, enough large towels for us to shower and take to the beach. there are plenty of toys for kids to play with all sorts of floaty‘s and water vests for both children and adults. The Safe is a double lock. The kitchen is large, plenty of pots& pans, glasses cups, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, large one door refrigerator. The table seats 4 The bedroom has two double beds, a desk, The flat screen TV is large. Plenty of dresser drawers. Puerto Aventuras Is HUGE. We rent a golf cart from Jeremy, The cost is $50 a day well worth it. A pass to the beach Club you will receive a 20% discount on all food and beverages just show the card. The lagoon by the condo is 100 steps away.

Lovely place

It’s a nice quiet comfortable place and the area is quiet and very relaxing. There is a little beach area that is about a minutes walk away that is beautiful. I traveled alone this time to do some exploring around Mexico and felt safe and relaxed here! Recommend! 💙💙

We were getting stressed with the non existent communication up to a day before we were supposed to fly out. Eventually we received check in information the day before and everything went according to plan. The unit is as described. It's large enough for 4 people (there were only 2 of us) and the AC is cold. As an FYI, the windows to this unit point to the parking lot and not to the water, or back yard. Also the pool is at the back and you have to walk around the building to get there. No big deal, but please don't think that you can just walk out of the unit to the pool, not how it's set up. Overall we liked the place and we would definitely stay again. We had to ask for the PA Beach Club pass as it was not left behind to use. My only suggestion for the host is to communicate more before the check in as I was seriously considering booking a Plan B, due to lack of communication. Other than that, lovely place.

Excellent property with wonderful amenities!

We really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Aventuras! The property had so much to offer that made our stay comfortable and convenient. We really enjoyed the pool and the beach area connected to the property. Overall this was a fabulous stay and we would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Wonderful Vacation!

Oscar and Karla were incredible hosts and could not have been more helpful and friendly! We came to Puerto Aventuras for our anniversary and they made sure to welcome us with a clean apartment which was easily walkable to anything in the area. They provided clean water, bikes, kayaks, and their resort access as well which only made the stay even better! We highly recommend them as hosts and would certainly use them again if we came back.

Wonderful place

This is a really nice place, and Karla is a wonderful host. The photos of the property do not do the place justice, it is roomier than it looks. We stayed with four people, and that was no problem. The apartment was clean and comfortable and fully functional. The location, Puerto Aventuras, is super safe and very nice. Very good swimming off the beaches and a nice place to walk around, with reasonably priced restaurants. It is a resort town, with lots of things to do in the area. We had a lot of fun paddling out in the kayaks that come with the apartment, and biking around with the bikes that were likewise provided. We are looking forward to a change to return for a longer stay.

Clean, quiet, close to the beach

We loved having the pool at the condo. My wife felt safe in the neighborhood. Having access to the kayaks was fun. Karla and her son were great and very helpful. Additional amenities such as Access to the Omni resort pool was fabulous. We loved our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Amazing! Just Amazing!

Karla and her family were so kind and welcoming. Puerto Adventures was perfect for our family of three (one 2 year old). The small gated community had so much to offer, there were so many restaurants and activities. Our condo was clean and well cared for. We took advantage of the pool and kayaks almost every single night. We couldn't have asked for a better host!

Clean, large, well-equipped rooms

Clean, large rooms, as described. Many extras included: kayaks, bikes, beach towels, cooler, etc. Gracious hosts. Good location, close to town and to a beach.

Terrific place and ideal location!

Karla and Oscar went out of their way to make us feel welcome, very helpful with our needs including info on area hi lites and transportation. Rent a golf cart from them to get around Puerto Aventuras. Will book again !

Hospitality Beyond Expectations

The owners of the condo, Oscar and Karla Perdero, welcomed us and made our stay most enjoyable. The hospitality exceeded our expectations and set the tone for our entire vacation. The condo itself was clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked a stay for next January.

A wonderful time

The property is well maintained with a few perks including use of snorkel (kids) gear and a kayak. Was on a small semi private beach. We only stayed for a few days and really didn't take advantage of the kitchen because we ate out mostly. We would definitely stay again. Oscar made our stay easy and he was appreciated.

Clean and comfortable-- just right for us

2 Adults/ 1 Teen / 1 pre-teen Excellent location. At first we had doubts because we wanted ocean view, but we quickly forgot about it when we visited the Omni Hotel beach club which was included with the rental! The beach near the property is perfect for toddlers and small children (shallow beach). The beach at the Omni is nothing short of gorgeous with excellent service. The property was clean and AC was cold--we had to turn temp up at night. The washer and dryer were a huge plus and the couch can be turned into a bed. The owners live on premise and they are excellent hosts. The property location is very convenient-- just as it says, it's just a few steps to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants around to choose from and many deliver. The property is located a very short drive to Xel-Ha, Tulum, X-Caret, and Playa Del Carmen. The entire Puerto Aventuras area is peaceful, SAFE, and quiet. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. Side note for cat lovers: My daughter loves cats--there are a couple of resident cats that come around- we bought some dry cat food to feed them. My daughter named one of the cats "Pascual" (striped gray cat).
