The pool and shower heaters are solar-powered. The pool water temperature depends on the weather, but the shower water always comes out hot without any issues.

The Neighborhood:
Our intention is that you spend a few days connecting with your essence and with your loved ones. Forget about your daily routine and enjoy the moment.

The property is very well located. Just 5 minutes away you will find all the local activities such as bongie, Skydive, boat rentals for skiing on the lake and more.

Within walking distance you will find a variety of stores, restaurants, parks, salons, etc.

You will be close to Jardines de Mexico and the Grutas de Cacahuamilpa National Park.

The closest supermarket is Mi bodega Aurrera Xoxocotla, a 13 minute drive away, and an Oxxo is 2 minutes away.

Getting Around:
We suggest you arrive at the property by car. If you don't have one, you can take a cab or use mobility apps. From Mexico City it will take you 1 hr, 55 minutes. From Cuernavaca City it will take you 39 minutes by car.

Other Things to Note:
Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Thank you very much for your support!

Additional services:

Good news! The property has a grill, we recommend bringing a bag of charcoal and utensils. Don't forget to clean it after use.

The swimming pool has a very pleasant temperature all day long, thanks to the solar panels.

Some staff members live here, so we will be attentive to anything we can do to complement your stay.
