The apartment is located on the top floor of a residential building, consisting of 14 residential units. The apartment is very quiet with a large livable terrace, with a solar pergola with garden table and chairs. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and you can see Lake Garda from which it is less than 2 km as the crow flies.
The apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed; a double bedroom and bathroom with sink, bidet and shower (120x80).
In the basement there is an exclusive garage accessible from the covered common lane. Outside there is a convenient public parking.
In the large communal garden there is a swimming pool (15mt x 6mt x 1.45m height).
