"The property is in a secure gated community with a nice restaurant 50metres away. The boardwalk pathway which is just a 100metres from the property runs along the beach all the way to Estepona but its circa 5km to Estepona. A lovely well.maintained walk but perhaps a stretch too far for many. Whilst the property is slightly dated it has all the elements you need for a comfortable stay. "What an amazing weeks holiday from.start to finsh the villa and complex gave is everthing we wanted. Location - perfect for us, felt quite private but 10 mins by taxi to estepona and if your feeling energetic an hours walk to the beginning of town. "Really relaxing stay in the mountains. The house was really quirky which we all loved & the small pool was perfect in the height of summer. The views from the property are breathtaking. It’s situated in a beautiful white washed town with several cafes / restaurants. Initial issue with access but was quickly resolved by the owner ( who hadn’t been aware of our booking). "Whilst the property was a good size, the overall cleanliness of the property was disgraceful. the showers didn't work the kitchen utensils were disgraceful, only one tea towel which was grubby the floors were not clean. The engineer that came to try and fix the showers can verify everything, photo's of most complaints were sent into the office and we await their response. "

"We stayed at this complex last year in a different unit. This time we stayed in a unit on the beach and it was wonderful! Great location near old town!"

"The closeness of the beach and playgrounds were perfect for the 4 year old. The closeness of cafes and restaurants was great for the adults. Advice and help from Jason just great too. Didn't feel the need to get in the car as everything so close. Weather certainly helped make it a great holiday."

"In summary: swimming pool not as described in the ad, rusty and very dirty barbecue, rusty pool ladder, holey and dirty sheets, sticky and greasy dishes, unstable wifi and 6 days without wifi. General power cut when the washing machine is running. No negotiation with the agency and very arrogant call center. So never again with this agency and a complaint is in progress. This is my assessment"
