"The views from this home were amazing! Morning you woke up to the chirps of birds and the ocean in front of you. The home was very comfortable and had everything you needed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and every room had great views. The best part was that this was a gated community, so the beach was like a private beach that would be shared by Casa Bonita and Westin folks. "Photos & descriptions are not accurate of what we encountered. This is a good space & has potential to be very lucrative. But it needs EXTENSIVE updating & repairs. Hardly anything worked correctly. No handrails on steep steps. Cannot tell how steep steps are from a picture! Owner was informed that we are a group of senior ladies (60-80 years). Stove top works, oven does not, w/o lighting something. We seniors didn't feel comfortable bending down, to look for a gas source to light the oven. We...
