The other reviews pretty much cover all the important info. I'll just add some praise for the rooftop terrace: it has multiple tables, a couple of outlets, and WiFi coverage. It's ideal if you want to get some work done on the computer without spending money to go out to a cafe. Be aware: the hotel is right next to a busy street. Light sleepers will need earplugs.

Great room with comfortable bed, nice pillows and a table facing the window looking over the street below. Good location with places to eat and things to see in every direction. Good staff. They found my lost sunglasses! If I return to Puebla, I know where to stay.

Excelente ubicación, excelente servicio de la chica de recepción nos dio recomendaciones de lugares para comer y beber, también nos dieron un mapa turístico y un mapita hecho por el hotel con lugares recomendados de restaurantes y para visitar para llegar caminando, las instalaciones están limpias, modernas y cómodas… tienen terraza para que tomes tu café por la mañana….
