The hotel knew nothing of a reservation. There was no room available. Can't check in. According to the reception, the hotel does not work with Expedia.

EL PEOR HOTEL DEL MUNDO
Cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que ya no estaban trabajando para hoteles.com y no nos respetaron la reservacion. Llegué a las 10pm cansada de viajar y tener que buscar un nuevo hotel porque nisiquiera me abrieron la puerta y solo desde detras de la puerta me dijeron que no tenian ninguna reservacion a mi nombre. ES EL PEOR HOTEL DEL MUNDO!!!
