"I was disappointed that the fog didn’t lift until the morning of my check-out time. Most of my two night stay there was low fog over the river & you couldn’t see the mountains at all. However the apartment was really spacious & comfortable, plus had everything you could need in the kitchen. The staff were lovely & although I didn’t have a meal at the Clubhouse, I ordered some takeaway snacks which were really delicious. I would go back! "

"The cottage is set in a beautiful garden. It is well appointed and has everything we could have wanted and was the best of all our stays in New Zealand. If we return to NZ we will definitely revisit Somers Holiday cottage."

"Super location for a quiet get away. Surrounded by spacious mountains and rural life. An older property that took us back to our childhood. But very comfortable with lots of extra bits and pieces rather than a sterile unit. We really enjoyed the rest and quiet. Close to nowhere worked really well for us. Great communication. "
