"Checkin was great, the staff were accomodating & helpful except for room service or the lack of any food service. I called for room service and was told to call back in 5 mins, so I did & the 2nd call was again I was told to call back. So if you stay here dont expect any efficiency room service cos they won't call back or provide any food"

They also offered the cutest bag breakfast as we had an early flight- before the continental breakfast was open, such a nice surprise. We also really enjoyed the dinner and drinks we had here, one of our favourites of our trip in Chile. "
