"Perfect location in the centre of Pucon and close to the lake. Friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful, spacious apartment. Our happy experience could have been improved by better kitchen equipment and for the hotel to actually bother responding to questions sent to them via Expedia or their own website."

"Very nice stay at Frontera Pucon Hostel. The owners were really nice, laid back people. The lady who served breakfast was so sweet and helpful. The towels were clean but they didn't have a fresh and clean smell. We still give them 5 stars because that was just a little detail, easy to solve."

Negatives- first night in room met by small rat or large mouse..it escaped, no air condition or fan and windows are on verge of falling out,e.g hinges missing from left bottom hinge, use d toilet tissue to wedge right window, bed not made up or linen changed in 4...
