"It’s a clean and friendly hotel in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the port. It’s set back from the main road but a friendly neighbor helped me to find it. I’ll definitely stay there the next time I’m in skiathos "

"The view was beautiful and the walk to town was a little over 20 minutes, that said our room had a terrible smell in the 'kitchen area closet' they tried to clean it on the second day but it smelled so bad we had to sleep with the door open. The rest of the room was clean, towels were very rough (maybe air dried). I wish I could score it higher but the smell (like a dead animal) really ruined our stay, it was good we were gone most of the day. "

"We have just had the most fantastic experience at Entechnos Living, Katerina and Vicky couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was amazing. Communication prior to the holiday was easy and prompt. Only criticism is poor communication before arrived as we asked for 2 rooms next to one another (large family) which both the venue and Expedia did not respond to. "Hotellet var helt perfekt! Det ligger väldigt nära hamnen men ändå i det lugnare området. Det är nära till parkering och till bussen som tar en till stranden är två minuter bort, det är start/ slut för bussen så man fick alltid sittplats! Personalen är väldigt tillmötesgående och vänliga. Rummet var jättefint och har en tyst och välfungerande ac. Hotellet är nytt och det märks , allt är bra! Vi hyrde fyrhjuling av hotellet och det var smidigt och vi kan varmt rekommendera det! "Staff were lovely, the location was convenient, walkable into town, right by a lovely beach and next to a bus stop. The turkeys walking around was very cool too. The view from our balcony was amazing, but it was really quiet too. Only point to mention is the aircon was a little temperamental. But it did not take away from a lovely experience. "

"Siamo stati benissimo, lo staff molto gentile, il signor Leo parla benissimo italiano ed è stato davvero disponibile, ci ha accontentato in tutto. Ci hanno preso e riportato dall’aereoporto. Ottima colazione, molto vasta sia il dolce che il salato. Pulizie ottime e camera spaziosa. Inoltre ci hanno lasciato ogni giorno un sacchetto con dei panini per il pranzo. Consigliamo questa struttura!!"

"If you can’t climb over 5 flights of stairs request a lower room! The view was amazing. Breakfast was awesome and they provide a laundry service for a fee but worth it as they fold it all and have it ready for you at the end of the day! Very helpful and friendly! "

"Die Einrichtung wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielleicht kitschig. Aber alles in allem ist "Bird" eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Es ist für eine Ferienwohnung bestens ausgestattet. Es wird täglich der Müll geholt, das Bett gemacht und regelmäßig Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist an einem steilen Hang und darum ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Weg zu Fuß ist aus meiner Sicht zu beschwerlich. Der Pool ist phantastisch und die Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang war jeden Morgen phänomenal....

"We booked this property for end of September 2024 based on the reviews we read and we liked the look of the pool area. We was not disappointed. The staff were excellent and every request was met with a speedy response and the hotel was very clean. The pool was great with stunning views. However, to have these views you have to be prepared to climb some hills. Yes it was hard work but well worth the effort as the view is simply beautiful. It was around a10min walk into Skiathos town which is easy as downhill and about 5mins to the small beach with its lovely Tavernas. In the evenings we would get a taxi back from the town which cost around 10 euros from the harbour. We had breakfast included and it was basic and was served in the breakfast room. Coffee was great. The pool bar was limited but reasonably priced. Food was great offering a fantastic Thai menu and the usual salads, burgers and snacks you would expect. In summery, this was great value and very relaxing. We will definitely be returning and special thanks to the team for looking after us so well. "

"Fantastic stay at Elivi. Facilities were fantastic and the hotel grounds are stunning. Impeccable buggy service around the grounds. Upgraded when we arrived and had our own pool. The restaurants were great, only negative was that the restaurants were very empty for dinner but that was more because it was end of season. Only criticism was that the bars by the beaches closed at 6pm and we wanted to sit with a drink and watch the sunset but no bars open. Again, think this is different in peak times. Overall, fabulous stay. A little expensive but fully worth it for pure luxury and relaxation. "
