"We loved everything about the hotel. It was truly a 5 star, luxury hotel. We booked a Seaview room - the room and bathroom were modern and luxurious with a rain shower , bathrobes, fluffy towels and everything you would expect. When we walked in, the lobby was grand, check-in was a breeze, and service was excellent. There is even a hair salon and separately a spa which was wonderful. "We weren’t told the aqua park was closed until after we checked in. If we knew it was closed from a certain date, we wouldn’t have booked it or we would have cancelled earlier. It was far from everything. "

"Wonderful room on the 3rd floor with huge balcony and a view of the lake and beyond. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good, plenty to choose from. No toaster for the bread ? We ate at the rooftop restaurant which was ok but the stand out was our lovely waiter who did an excellent job looking after a full restaurant. "

"Great spot, friendly staff, parking is outside of the Old town, so you do have to walk a little from the car. Breakfast was great, with the local food spread. Service was great, not 24/7. Make sure to get two room keys, because if one stops working and you are out at night, it will be an issue getting back to the room. Emilija the manager was wonderful, thanks. "

"Paid £20 to stay here for a night, the view from the room alone is worth that price. The room itself was basic, but perfectly fine for me. The location is very central in Ohrid old town. The lady who checked in was lovely and welcoming. Tv has some global channels, and sports channels - managed to catch some UK carabao cup action! Overall would recommend!"

"Property is on a hill with several signs leading to it and a very small area for parking. There was no reception area and no indication of where to go. We literally walked into one of the doors, walked down a hall and found our names on pieces of paper stuck in the doors. One room had a leak in the bathroom. The rooms were clean and quiet and there was a common kitchen area and beautiful view from a covered common patio area. "
