The staff member told me (not asked) to email him the reservation after showing it on the app. The wifi that was only available in reception was barely usable throughout the whole stay. Quite often there was no hot water and other guests were partying and being loud at night and the staff didn't care. "Hotel was lovely, staff were nice and spoke good English. How ever all the other holiday makers were French as this hotel is a French based hotel something we didn't find out until we arrived, all the entertainment was in French and even the tv in the bed room was in French! Food was good with plenty of choices. So if you are English I would strongly recommend staying in a different hotel as me and my partner felt very isolated and very much the odd ones out! "
