"We arrived at the hotel to find out that the air conditioning had been turned off as it was the last week of the season although when we complained we were offered a fan. The bedroom was clean but the bathroom was tired and looked dirty. There was a good variety of food although the hot food was lukewarm and considering we were all inclusive we had to pay for water!! Overall we had a good holiday but we wouldnt rate the hotel 4 star. "

The staff member told me (not asked) to email him the reservation after showing it on the app. The wifi that was only available in reception was barely usable throughout the whole stay. Quite often there was no hot water and other guests were partying and being loud at night and the staff didn't care. "We had a great holiday at Seagull Apartments in Kos. The owners are friendly and very helpful, the room decor basic but nice, and everything was very clean. Good value for money and perfect location, within walking distance to the beach, with a supermarket and a nice taverna next door. A bus to the centre of Kos town stops outside the gate of the b&b which, however, is quiet and surrounded by a lovely, well kept garden.
