"The house had plenty of space for two families. The location was good for our purpose (skiing in spindleruv Mlyn). "Waren mit Freunden, 5 Kindern und Hund da. Hat uns sehr gefallen. Betten sind bequem, Umgebung super. Spielplatz am Haus wurde gut genutzt, Feuerplatz war toll sogar mit Grillspießen und absolutes Higlight ist der Pool. Haus ist umzäunt, so dass Kinder und Hund ruhigen Gewissens auch raus konnten. "Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...
