Family Weekend Lake Trip
Perfect way to start our summer. Back deck was a perfect way to start and end our day in relaxation. Perfect place for our family of six. Though the trek to and from the dock was a bit steep, it was still perfect for friends to pick us up on their boat. Definitely plan to make this an weekend trip. Very enjoyable stay.

This was just the perfect spot for our last lake Tudor the summer & will for sure be back!!! We took our family & our see doos & it had super easy access to the boat ramp!!! I give it 👍👍!!!😃

Wonderful Lakefront!
We loved our stay at this lake house! It had everything we wanted and the walk to the dock was not too bad, a bit steep but not too bad. The only negatives were very minimal but the back roads to get there are a bit rough so be prepared and use caution! Also, the dock had a lot of birds nesting over the boat slip which was addressed by the owners and hopefully won’t be a problem for others. We will definitely stay again!

I had an incredible night with a few close friends where we just relaxed by the lake, enjoyed a fire and celebrated a new time in my life. It was amazing and we will be back!

The place was infested with bugs, floor near bathroom is very soft, toilet and shower were clogged causing flooding, I reached out to the host and never got a reply. We fixed the clog ourselves and cleaned the place for two days. Finally left on the 3rd day. I want refunded, we drove 21 hours to come to this mess and just clean, I want reimbursed for that

Quiet and relaxing getaway
The house was great for our needs. Two bedrooms, kitchen, a dining table with a view of the lake. I sat on the balcony/deck each morning and watched the sun rise. The boat dock was perfect. While it’s a hike down to the dock, the convenience was perfect. The cove for fishing was outstanding. We hope to stay again in the future. I’m was just the vacation we needed!!

No communication or check in info. When he finally called me back after we arrived on location, he said it would be 45 minutes..,,we waited an hour and a half and he never showed up. We ended up at a motel. I would avoid this one for sure.

The house was not very clean and in the amenities it listed a hot tub and there was no hot tub to be found. The gas range did not work nor did the TV or DVD player. We had to fiddle around with the electrical to get anything to work . . Otherwise location and such were fine

First off we were locked out starting at check in time. Left three messages with owner and never heard back. Mind you this is in the middle of nowhere. We came back around 830pm assuming maybe they were just running behind. But nope still locked. Managed to get in thru a window but the place was filthy. So now we are sleeping in a truck at the racetrack because there was literally no where else to stay. And don’t even get me started on the “customer service” that is all outsourced outside of the US. Offered no help except to tell us to just leave.

I will never use VRBO again. You can not talk to anyone that will or can help. They can not or will not get in touch with the owner/manager of the property. Had to wait to get into the cabin, even then couldn't get in, the key was not in the lock box. The owner was running late because he had to get clean sheets for beds and towels, which should have been done days before. We waited 30 minutes, sitting in the yard and left. Now VRBO is keeping my money, saying I canceled. That is a lie, they scammed me out of money. VRBO is a con game, they take the money and it is smoke and mirrors trying to deal with them. My advise to all, do not use VRBO. they are crooks, a total scam.

Low standards fishing cabin... Tread Lightly...
Upon arriving, we found the beds NOT made, dirty clothes and linens on the bedroom floor, curtain rods coming out of the wall, holes in the wall, and the vacuum out in the living room so it was clear the cleaning process did not get completed. I reached out to Brad about it, the owner, and he never responded the entire trip. The TV also didn't work. Definitely set the trip off on a bad note and I would have very LOW expectations if you plan to come here. Pros: Location is very remote and ideal for fishing and non motorized lake recreation in the cove... boat dock can hold 1 small boat and tubes/ paddle boards/ kayaks... lots of peace and quiet, easy to relax, great star gazing Cons: Communication is lacking and would be major problem if a serious issue occurs with the house... cleaning and maintenance are very low priorities for this place... dock has 20+ bird nests, 10+ wasps nests, broken boards and nails out in numerous places on the dock... bedroom #1 needs repairs to walls and curtain rods

When we showed up the door was unlocked. Beds were slept in and not made, towels were wet and on the floor. Expired milk and food in the fridge. Tons of bugs all over, inside and on the balcony. Ac unit did not work, neither did the tv or dvd player. (Kids wanted to watch a movie before bed. We knew for the cheaper price it wasn’t going to be fancy but at least needs to be cleaned. Vrbo said they couldn’t do anything because we didn’t reach out while we were there. (no cell service and the hosts phone number is no longer in service)
