"Negatives are shower needs scrubbing/bleaching. Sheet was torn, bedspread stained,no instructions for TV use, so not working. Plus side, close to supermarket, bakeries, restaurants and the puck up area for tours."

"Location wise, you won't find anywhere more central. The room was perfect with very easy access to everything. The absolute highlight was the host, Irena! She went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing week in Zagreb with lots of hints, tips and advice and was unbelievably helpful. Many thanks for everything Irena and hopefully we'll be back to visit again!"

"For the most part a nice stay for an early flight out in the morning. The room was a bit warm but the staff was helpful, it was very nice that they checked us in early. Our dinner was a pleasant surprise, the best food we had in Zagreb."

"Clean, well-furnished and perfect location one block from Ban Jelacic square. Very comfortable. Contactless check in was very efficient. Parking a little tricky - garage a few blocks away is very expensive. Dining and nightlife options are unlimited, but late night noise was an issue on the weekend. Maybe that's hard to avoid in such a central location. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"Not a very welcoming experience — we were not able to schedule a shuttle thru the hotel as advertised. Room is minimalist — no kettle to heat water for coffee or coffee cups. Would not recommend this hotel!!"

"Disaster. The hotel was closed, under construction. They even did not pick up their phone. Paid for taxi and waited behind their closed doors for over an hour. Frustrated, took another taxi to go to another hotel. "
