RECENTLY RENOVATED 2 BEDROOM CONDO WITH DECK & OFF STREET PARKING CLOSE TO BEACH

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this first floor, newly decorated, fully furnished, 2 bed, 1 bathroom condo. The kitchen and bathroom have been newly renovated. Two comfortable queen beds await! Window AC's and ceiling fans are in both bedrooms. The spacious living room is fully furnished and is equipped with a ceiling fan. It features a sliding door leading out to a private deck . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and cafe/bar height dining table. A gas grill for your exclusive use is provided outside. A coin operated laundry is located in the basement.

Located in a complex across the road from the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities! This beach is PERFECT for watching the sun rise! Right next to condo complex is the Harbor Hotel with a public pool, cabana bar and fire pit. A 20-25 minute walk into the town center will bring you past many stores, galleries and restaurants! The Provincetown Bus stops frequently in front of the complex in season and takes you into town for $2.00 per person.

The unit includes internet and ROKU TV (bring your passwords and you can watch your favorite shows). Some books and games are also provided. A dedicated parking spot for ONE car is available next to the building.

Strict 4 guest maximum. This is a quiet residential complex with a lot of full time residents. This condo is one of 4 units in a detached building. Parties are NOT allowed. Guests will be required upon booking to sign a vacation recreational agreement.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed for renters due to severe homeowner allergies.

Minimum of 7 days rental in peak season, 2-3 days shoulder season, 2 days off season. Rental Agreement with condo information and regulations must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking to complete the booking.

Lovely beach property
Loved staying here with family. Beach is right there and town is an easy walk (very easy bike). The property is comfortable and clean. Hopefully we'll be back!

Loved this condo! Wished we could have stayed longer. Newly updated, clean, lovely decor, comfy furniture, easy parking. The owners were super easy to communicate with over the app, email and text. P-Town was super close. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here over Columbus Day weekend. Prior to arriving, the owners were very responsive, via email, to questions we had. They also let us know the unit was ready before the normal check-in time. The unit was very clean and had all the stnecessities.

Best kept secret
I can’t say enough good things about our stay. This property is extremely clean, has everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook and the hosts are very responsive. We visit every year and usually stay in P town however due to the location of this property (beautifully situated by the water) and how close it is to downtown, as well as the price difference- it makes staying here a no brainer. We will definitely be back!

Tranquil beach-and-forest retreat
Lovely, clean, quiet and simple spot, the condo complex is across the street from the beach but the unit looks out on a cool patch of forest. At the every edge of town, we like the tranquility but a reasonable, 15-minute bike ride into the center of it all. Simple process, fully stocked unit with two air conditioners, extension cords, towels, sheets, beach chairs, dish soap, basic cleaning supplies. Gentle hosts, really nice stay.

Perfect P-Town getaway!
We loved every minute of our stay! Not only was this a great location but it was clean, perfect for myself and 2 friends. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots and pans if you want to cook. The shower was great and the towels were nice and thick and fluffy! The beach was just a short walk away and there is a great path across highway 6 that takes you to a cool dune path. The house was clean and neat and very cozy. We rented electric bikes from Gale Force bike rentals which was a ton of fun. Drag Brunch at the Crown and Anchor was a blast! Wine tasting at the Truro Vineyards was lovely as well. Overall it was a fun weekend and we are so happy we booked with Mars and Paula. Thank you!!

Great Place
We had a wonderful time in Provincetown. The accommodations were perfect. It was a wonderful home away from home experience. Mars and Paula went out of their way in welcoming us, including picking us up at the pier when there was a very long wait for us to get an Uber or Taxi.

Great condo near the beach!
This was a great spot in Ptown right across from the beach! The place itself was very cute and private feeling even though it was a part of a condo community. Everything was spotless and check in was super easy! The hosts Mars and Paula were very accommodating. It is a ~4 minute drive and ~30 minute walk into the downtown area.

Nice Cape location
This property was perfect for our family get away week. The place was clean , spacious and well stocked with basic essentials. The owners made checking in/out so easy it was a pleasant experience. The location was perfect for all Cape activities. Martha's Vineyard, whale watching, Bad Martha's Brewery, the Pilgrim Monument, restaurants, shopping, and the beaches, of course. We would stay in this unit again.

We very much enjoyed our week at Bay Colony. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking implements, and the shower was great. Quaint, quiet, relaxing Provincetown get away
The owners have created a warm, cozy, comfortable living space with virtually any amenity we required. They are great communicators, very accommodating, and have keep space easy. It’s perfect for beach vacation lodging. We enjoyed being away from busy downtown Provincetown- when we chose, though it was within walking distance.

Amazing location—just the right distance between downtown Ptown and north Truro—in a comfortable, perfectly appointed condo. Insanely clean (esp for a beach house), and the hosts were accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Highly highly recommend Paula and Mars house. Peaceful and relaxing
Mars and Paula were wonderful hosts and very responsive. Everything was laid out clearly in their info binder so we had almost no questions. The walk into the center of ptown is a bit long but that’s why we like this place. It’s quiet and very close to the beach. You’re able to be in the water with a 2 minute walk across the street. The condo is very clean and wonderfully updated. Water pressure is great and it has all the basics to cook your favorite meals. The view of the woods from the unit makes it feel very private and the landscaping is very beachy. We have stayed in a few condos in this complex over the years and this one was top of the line. There is a pool next door when the ocean tires you out and bikes you can rent on the fly.

We really enjoyed the property - very serene setting backing the woods so it is away from the parking area, but literally a two minute walk across the street from the beach which wasn’t crowded even on July 4th weekend. Comfortable beds and the perfect amount of room for 4 adults. The neighboring hotel has a really nice firepit setup in the evening, don’t dismiss the added value of the hotel amenities (pool/bar) which can be utilized as well!

Pristine P-Town Property
My dad and I needed a place to unwind in Provincetown for a couple days after participating in a race in Falmouth. We had an absolutely perfect experience at Mars’ and Paula’s condo right off the water. Instructions could not have been clearer and more thorough, and we could not think of anything at all that was missing to make the stay comfortable. It was quiet, adorably decorated in a beach theme, and was incredibly clean. Beds were comfortable and the hosts were highly communicative for questions and check in/out logistics. We highly recommend this place; thank you so much!

Provincetown is very busy and parking can be a bear and expensive. But staying at this place you can walk to town, across the street is the beach, beside you is a pool, and behind you are amazing hiking and dune trails! Perfect! The place is well equipped. The beds are very comfy! Very clean and plenty of room for all 4 of us.

A wonderful and comfortable getaway that is situated in a perfect part of town
We loved our stay at this residence. Great location- walked across the street to hang on the beach with little effort and beautiful sand/water. Steps away from a hiking trail for a morning work out. Pool and poolside service across the street as well. As for the condo itself, Mars has thought of everything. Bed are extremely comfortable and the grill is large and ready to cook up deliciousness. Highly recommended rental.

Best Vacation Ever
We loved this place so much that we were trying to figure out dates to book as soon as we checked out! This was our second trip to Provincetown but this trip as so much better because of the location and rental. This place was one of the cleanest rental properties that I’ve been in. We arrived and there was a welcome letter and snacks from the host. Beach chairs, beach towels, Roku, grill, board games etc! 2 minute walk to the shore! We even caught the bus a couple of times into town. Picked us up right on the corner in front of the property! This place was a 10 out of 10

Adventure Filled Two Night Stay
The condo is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was more than enough room for my college aged daughter and me. It would work well for a family of 4. Everything has been nicely updated recently. Quiet and peaceful location by the woods. Right across from beach and very near the Dune Shacks Trail. An easy walk into town and very quick drive (only about 1 mile). Mars and Paula are wonderful to work with and quite responsive. I highly recommend this for a short or long stay!!

Whale Watch weekend
Every year we meet with the same group of friends for a Whale Watch weekend. I found this two bed room fully renovated condo available. It was perfectly tucked in a location that for me was heaven. We even had a red tail Hawk as our welcome. The condo came equipped with everything and It was immaculate and so comfortable. Our hosts we always available and patient with some some logistics. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. We will be back for sure.

Very cool vibes from this awesome place
Quiet does not describe this location well enough in my opinion. When the doors and windows are closed, you don’t hear anything outside at all. At all. It was so refreshing to enter a clean, well lit, easy to navigate layout, fantastic design and simple taste in decor (meaning the theme isn’t overdone or over the top), beautiful location in general. The ocean is literally across the street. There were horseshoe crabs the size of a softball all over the place. 10/10 would book again
