Second bath has full shower; radiant flooring; lighted medicine cabinet; beach chairs & towels provided; dining for 6; expanded cable, HDTV/internet/dvd; new stainless kitchen appliances including full size refrigerator; mircrowave; dishwasher and disposal; dedicated parking provided for one car; across the street from Mussel Beach gym, up the street from the Boatslip, Monkey Bar , Joon Bar, Liz's Cafe and easy walk to The Red Inn. Convenient bicycle rentals are just around the corner. Want to cook in the newly updated kitchen? You can walk to the nearby Stop n Shop supermarket or the fish market at Macs on Shankpainter Rd. The unit was well appointed (Maytag appliances, furniture, TV, A/C, etc.) and tastefully decorated. Everything appeared to be in great condition, especially the two bathrooms, and very clean. It's wonderful to have small appliances (toaster, coffee maker) and kitchen tools (knives, spatulas, cutting boards, pots and pans, cutlery) available; there wasn't one single thing that we needed that wasn't somewhere in the kitchen. Although close to Commercial Street (where all of the shopping, dining, and events are), it was a quiet street. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they responded immediately if we had questions. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Checks every box
We have stayed in our fair share of rentals around town, and this was probably the best to date. The place is exactly as described, cleaner than clean, and Leigh was a great host to work with. The location is our favorite (West End, close enough to be quickly walkable, but just far enough from Commercial to be quiet), but we also enjoyed just having cocktails on the deck. We will definitely be back.

Great location!
Leigh's house was great. It's in the perfect location, very close to everything we'd want to get to; we didn't even need bikes to get around because we could walk everywhere. Fit 6 of us comfortably. Would recommend just for the location.

Cute Ptown Bungalow in the Perfect Location
My buddies and I had a great stay, highly recommend! Steps from all that Commercial Street has to offer. We especially enjoyed hanging out and grilling on the patio.

A lovely stay!
The condo is perfectly located, fully stocked, and thoughtfully designed with lots of beautiful art. The parking spot is tandem with the upstairs unit, but Leigh is a great host and shared the other unit’s information with us ahead of time so we could coordinate. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay!

Great Location, Even Better Communication
Leigh’s home was the perfect spot to stay during our trip. Personally we think Conant St. is one of the best in town as it is so centrally located and this property was no exception! Leigh was also great with communication and checked in several times to make sure there was nothing we needed.

Perfect get away
This is our 2nd stay at this location. It truly is a home away from home. It is perfectly located and our entire week was a walking vacation. The owners have thought to stock the house with everything you could need or want. A heads up on parking at the unit - if you have a large SUV or oversized car, parking will be very snug but at least there is parking dedicated to the unit. Owners communicate very well and are super responsive to any inquiries. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Great location and space!
The condo was in a great location for us and had just the right amount of space for the 6 of us. Parking spot and a cute little patio with awning and bbq grill. The unit while not terribly large has two nice updated bathrooms and 3 queen beds. Washer-Dryer and kitchen nicely stocked… Would recommend too!

Cute, clean and comfy 3 Bedroom space was perfect for our stay. We 3 couples (6 seniors) could have used a little more elbow and storage room in the two smaller bedrooms but overall our 3night stay was delightful.

Perfect 3 bedroom
A group of us came for the film festival and it was a perfect location and size for three couples. The beds are super comfortable and the condo has everything we needed including laundry and a patio with an awning. It is right near Liz's cafe and we also cooked in the kitchen. We will be back!

Lovely, comfortable, and close to everything.
We we’re a group of three that loved Leigh’s 3 bedroom home. We each got our own room, which was perfect. Having more than 3 guests, while certain do-able, might be tight as two rooms only have double/full beds. But for a group of three it’s ideal. Nice kitchen and living room. Close to Commercial street. A stone’s throw from a bike shop and many cafes and shops. Leigh was communicative and friendly. Would certainly stay again. One potentially tricky thing is that that you share the parking spots (in tandem) with another rental so you have to coordinate who’s using their car and when, in case the other car might block your access out. But it’s Provincetown and everyone is friendly and obliging, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Overall great spot! The unit was clean, well-stocked and in a great location. Comfortably slept 6 adults. The kitchen is spacious and has tons of pots/pans, etc. so we were able to cook a nice dinner for all 6 of us. Just a 2 minute walk from Commercial St shops and restaurants

Awesome property
This is a wonderful unit in a great location. Spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, this unit has everything we needed. Amenities include plenty of bath and hand towels, six beach chairs, six beach towels, a great collection of kitchen equipment, and split unit a/cs in each room. Beds and pillows are very comfortable as well, and bathrooms are lovely. The tandem parking could pose a problem for some, but it worked out well for us this week. Owners are very responsive and helpful!
